Answer:	Can’t speak specifically to high-gain metal core. My main rig is a Mesa Mark V 90 with warm, no-breakup clean on ch 1, rhythm crunch on ch 2, and a heavily distorted lead tone on ch 3. I had a tube go bad and needed a quick, cheap backup, so tried this. I could never get anything close and the clean would not warm up (was going to use pedals in front of it). I had hoped to even keep it mounted on the board as a backup, but I ended up sending it back.

Answer:	Nope, you have what you got. I found it all rather disappointing.

Answer:	It says it has universal attachments but it did not fit my Hoover. The only way to truly find out is to order it. If you don't like it then return it. It doesn't come with the long flexible nozzle either like it shows in the picture. The stew attachments are only 6 inches long and are not that flexible. I, of course returned mine.
