Answer:	The saltwater amp rod has ceramic eyes to prevent salt water corrosion. I use my AMP salt water rod in fresh water only for that reason. the rods have the same action and you will not notice any difference between the two rods.

Answer:	The 4000 series from just about any manufacturer will fit the rod well. The marathon has a nice color match. I'm not sure about its performance. You can read the reviews on that particular reel.

Answer:	Personally, I prefer Coffee Bean Direct. I have tried several of their roasts and have never been disappointed. Their . com is very user friendly and if you feel comfortable with an espresso roast, they have one called Godfather's Italian Espresso (yes from the movie, Lol) and there are memorable pictures on it. The reviews were enough to sell me because I love a good dark roast. Sorry I'm late, looking for a Moka pot to make my birthday cheesecake next month. Need a lot of espresso.

Answer:	that's the percentage of chromium & nickel in the stainless steel. it is shinier than 18/0 stainless, which is another popular "food grade" stainless steel. basically, it's a good material for this application because it has good corrosion resistance, is easy to sanitize, and is shiny (yay!).

Answer:	I have a Primula Stainless steel expresso maker and it certainly does have a silicone ring on the bottom. This is what seals the pressure in. Mine will not work without it. I bought extras; but the unit came with one.

Answer:	All mono has some memory, I’ve never fished Lake Michigan. We troll for salmon in the Pacific Ocean, and main line can be spectra or any color mono. Leader should be clear or same color as water, usually a darker green

Answer:	25 pound test will be great for flipping with a 200 or 300 size bait casting reel such as a Daiwa Tatula 200 or a Shimano Cardiff 300. A 100 size bait caster like a Daiwa Tatula 100 would have too narrow of a spool and you`d only be able to get about 30 yards of 25 pound line on a small reel like this. Also the line would not come off reel smoothly because 25 pound would be too course for a small 100 size bait caster.

I added a counter to my pole when filling reel, but I didn't need it. eventually I realized I could mentally count how many turns of the reel handle were necessary to put on a specific yardage of line. for example, if I wanted to add 150 yards of line, and my reel added 30" per turn, I multiplied 150 x 6/5 to get 180 turns... be aware the spooling station is limited to smaller spools of line. I don't remember the exact limit of the width of spool.

Answer:	Leader goes on the end of any fishing line. This line would do well to add on 2-10 feet to your existing line. Not for pike or walleye type of fishing where a more structurally type of leader is needed. It's really just a basic fishing line that's a little better to add to a bigger inexpensive line if used as a leader. I'm buying to spool it all on though.

Answer:	The top (pink part) is not water proof, but the bottom (grey part) is, so your hands won't get wet from holding fish, but if you dunk your hand in water, it will probably get wet :-)

Answer:	I've never used them while filleting. I use them as work gloves. My thought would be that the gentle and slow knife strokes while filleting would help any misdirected knife strokes from causing any serious injury. Of course, caution is the rule. Happy fishing!
