Answer:	Although I'm not really sure of the question; I'm assuming you mean cheaply made. The short answer is; no. Are they as good as the much higher priced versions? Depends on what you're looking for... I used them recently on an ocean fishing trip and bent the tip trying to pull a hook out of a 3' sharks mouth. The shark didn't bite them, they just aren't made to really "torque" on. All in all, I would say they are good for the price. Just don't expect the high end quality.
