Answer:	Maybe if a smaller spinning or level-wind\baitcating reel. I used the 20lb test\200yd spool had to use about 100+yds backing on my Penn 209M to get the spool filled.

Answer:	Sorry, Not sure of 12# diameter. But if you use it for beadweaving, 6# is .005” diameter for beadwork. It is a smaller diameter than Fireline. I use it with sz12 needle and sz15 seedbeads, can go thru beads several times.

Answer:	I don't see why not! The bristles are about medium/soft so they would be perfect for doing emblems, lettering or door jambs and such. Wheels might need something with a stiffer bristle unless your cleaning light dust with a good wheel cleaner. I'd also keep my exterior brushes labeled and separate from my interior brushes to prevent contaminating delicate lighter car interiors.
