Question:	As opposed to the 125 grain what would be the variance at say 50 yards? Does it make that much difference at that range
Answer:	You lose about 3 inches of height from the 100 gr to the 125 gr at 50 yeards coming out of a 370fps crossbow.

Question:	Will these stay shut until impact at 425 fps
Answer:	Answers: Yes, they are safe to store in the car as long as they are not exposed to high heat or freezing conditions. They are water and may freeze. They last about 1 1/2 hours, give or take a little bit. Then they start to cool. You have to boil them when they are fully crystallized and have cooled. Use care to not allow them to contact the sides of a boiling pot for too long. I do want to address an answer someone else gave. They said that the warmers store heat. Not really true. They are a bag of water with dissolved salts. When the metal disc in the pouch is snapped, it initiates a chemical cascade creating a crystal made from those salts. In the process, heat is released. As long as they are liquid, they are cool. During crystallization, they release heat. Once the crystals are fully formed, they cool. Boiling them reversed the process and restores the liquids. I have on in my drawer that is over 20 years old and still works.
Question:	Do the blades fold forward on extraction?i live in ny and its a law that they do
Answer:	Almost instantly. In a few seconds the start to warm up. In less than a minute, they will be at full heat,. The warmth lasts for maybe 10 minutes. At peak, it is VERY warm like holding a mug of really hot coffee but peak warmth only lasts maybe 3 minutes. So compared with the kind of warmers that you shake, these have faster and warmer heat, but the heat does not last long. Boil these and they are good as new.

Answer:	Any mechanical broad head you have to check. Taking it out of your quiver or putting them in your quiver does inguage them. It's no big deal...shot a lot of deer with this broadhead.

Question:	Will the blades deploy efficiently using an Excalibur Micro
Answer:	Yes they will deploy at slower speeds which is what you get at longer ranges. They say 100 FPS they will still open!
Question:	Will this broadhead work with the Ravin crossbows as far as not opening up before contact
Answer:	I used the Collared version Rage for years and they worked perfectly. The biggest problem is Operator Error. Many people Didn’t get it and installed the blades in the collar groves, which may cause them to not open properly. Read the directions! Also, there are different Broadheads for bows vs high speed crossbows. Many don’t get that either and shoot the bow version in their high speed crossbow, which may also cause the problem you’re talking about. This No Collar Broadhead should work perfectly in your Ravin. I shoot them in the new Ten Point Vengent 440fps..... Your Ravin is less than that.

Our unique blade design provides you with two separate cutting edges. The first set of edges, also known as the wing blades, are used for cutting the hide and the first set of ribs. These blades are also used to open the Brodhead, and are much smaller than the main blades. They take the most punishment by cutting through the hair, dirt, hide, and bones during entry. Answer:	I'm 99% sure they will. They are basically the same size where the groove is cut in for the flat rubber band. These are the best flying heads i have ever used @ got most of my buddy's on to them. Almost 100% kills with them unless a poorly placed shot. Get on Amazon ,think that's where i get my replacement bands @ blades. Good luck!!

Question:	Which type of arrow can I use for this broadheads? Does it come with arrows
Answer:	these do not come with arrows, sorry. these broadheads can be installed into any carbon arrow. I don't recommend aluminum arrows as the diameter of aluminum arrows is larger than these broadheads, thus creating some drag, but they can be used on them as well. I use muzzy broadheads exclusively. they do the job. I harvested a 75-80lbs doe last fall using one of these. very durable.

Question:	will these work well at 210 Fps. 150 lb
Answer:	210 fps sounds low for a crossbow but I used one of these on a 150 pound crossbow on a 150 pound boar at about 30 yards. Struck the boar on the shoulder, penetrated the shoulder blade and stopped in the heart. The three mechanical blades were bent but intact.
Question:	Will they work with any bow or just crossbows
Answer:	They will work with any bow but are designed so the blades don't open as they are launched from a crossbow. When the arrow or (bolt) leaves a crossbow it does so very fast,much faster than a compound,recurve or longbow. The blades will still open on impact as with any machanical broadhead.

Answer:	3. All versions of the Spitfire have three blades.
Question:	Will these shot on a tenpont 470 fps crossbow
Answer:	Used them with my 10 Point Stealth NXT which is 422 fps with no issues but 470 fps not so sure. Try calling NAP customer support, they're really helpful.

Question:	Should I be concerned if I spin test and the main blades fly open? If the arrow is spinning in flight then it is flying with them open
Answer:	Main blades will stay closed because moving forward will force them to stay back. Once they connect with the target they will open and the bleeder blades will open. Spinning something and propulsion forward are two different things. They fly like field points in my experience.
Question:	What’s the difference between the x bow and the same broadheads that just say bow
Answer:	I ordered the ones for my vertical bow and got the X bow ones by mistake. I called NAP and asked the difference and was told just the package. No difference
Question:	Can these be for a compound bow as well
Answer:	I have been told by an archery technician that broadheads for both compound and crossbows are interchangeable. While I have shot these broads only with my crossbow and really like their effectiveness, I have come to learn that NAP which used to be American made products has recently moved their production plants to China because they were too small of a company to compete over here. Once I have exhausted my supply of this particular broadhead, which were manufactured in the USA, I will personally switch to a different broadhead. Rage products get very good reviews so that may be my next option. Hope this helps.

The American-made Spitfire DoubleCross is a 100-grain broadhead that integrates four, no-fail blades with two-stage blade deployment.

Product description

Swhacker Broadheads blade design provides bow hunters with two separate cutting edges. The first set of edges, also known as the wing blades, are used for cutting the hide and the first set of ribs. These blades are also used to open the broadhead, and are much smaller than the main blades. They take the most punishment by cutting through the hair, dirt, hide, and bones during entry. The smaller blades take less energy to penetrate through the first side than an "open on impact" broadhead. These wing blades also provide a load bearing surface for the ferrule during impact. The second set of edges, or the main blades do not touch anything during the initial penetration. They still have "virgin" edges when they open in the body cavity. This allows the main blades to remain razor sharp for the internal organs.

Question:	Will these mechanically work properly with a 400+ FPS crossbow bolt
Answer:	They work great with my bow at 340fps. I cant say for 400+. They are making these bows too fast now. I heard of mechanicals not working with the new Mission bow. No need for crazy speeds. 300fps is plenty IMO. Good luck. These broadheads are sweet.
Question:	Will these work with a center point sniper
Answer:	Harvested a beautiful 8 point buck with this broadhead at 25 yards with a double lung shot from a Center Point Sniper 370. The broadhead worked flawlessly.
Question:	I'm worried about blades opening in flight with my 370 fps crossbow. do these use rubber bands? Do they open in flight
Answer:	They didn't open off a 440 Fps crossbow in flight, so you are likely fine. They use shrink wrap band which holds them in place. I stopped using them because I have had 2 out of 9 broadhead have the screw shear where the blades scissor on it and the blades came out. I recovered both those deer but it was tough going seeing the blades sheared off on entry. One hit ribs and the other hit the back of the shoulder blade. Not up to 400 fps+ velocities and any bone. I don't recommend them. Just use tried and true rage crossbow x or get the swat A4 or C4 broadheads. Both shoot like fieldpoints and have yet to fail.
Question:	Do you geg a practice broadhead
Answer:	Yes,but it is exactly like the actual tip when closed. It will get stuck in your target. I use the same weight field tips. These broadheads fly like a field tip. Already have a deer at butcher from opening weekend. 30 yards and down.
