Answer:	My instructions say 10 minutes at a time but I frequently stay on longer.

Answer:	I have lost weight. But I have changed my diet and also started walking. So In the combination of all of it I think it helps. Don’t just stand on it though there are different positions you can use for different muscle. Answer:	Ok, in theory, this will probably help her. BUT..... I would seriously suggest consulting a physical therapist. She would have to do this WITH her walker and start at very low speeds. Lots to consider when you’re over 90. Balance, osteoporosis level, cardiac condition, etc... Be safe!
