Answer:	The wood in our packs is universal however the iron in the standard pack is not. We make a model of the 50 sheet pack (model 1250) that has woods and universal irons (fits both) and there are universal irons in our Training and Refill pack models. All are available on Amazon. Make sure that any model you look at specifies it contains Universal Irons.
Question:	Do these leave a mark on the ball? I am wanting to use hitting into a golf simulator with an impact screen
Answer:	They do not leave a mark on the ball. The only downsides I found with these impact labels are 1. don't get them wet! I played once during a down pour and the rain penetrated the pocket these labels were in and they were completely ruined. 2. Each label is really only worth about 5 to 10 swings depending on how well you're hitting it. (maybe that's a reasonable expectation). I like them. I think they're worth it. Hope that helps.

Answer:	This bag needs to be stuffed as full as you can get it. Blankets, towels pushed in real tight. This keeps it light enough to move around. Do not use bird seed or sand.

Answer:	Yes you can use the driver or any club. Start with 1/4 swings focus on power at Impact, then move up to full swing. I believe the smash bag should be able to move not be tied down when at full swing.
Question:	The box says there should be a "usage guide" included. Should there be separate paper instructions? I only have photos on the back of the box
Answer:	Jogger1, I never rcvd a "usage guide", but if go YouTube golf instruction using a smash bag, you'll find a few vids on how and what types of feedback you should be getting at proper impact. It's all about keeping your wrist cock thru the impact zone. Not full swings, little half swings. I suggest using the left hand and then the right, seperately. Question:	Can you really achieve a snap after impact with a real, full swing? i purchased this recently. i say no way. good product in general tho
Answer:	Yes, I wore them in boots the first time that I tried them. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to buy enough to peel back the adhesive and stick them in each of my pairs of shoes and boots. If you don’t use the adhesive, it cam be a little tricky getting the boot on with the pad in the right place but with some effort I was able to do that. Once my foot was in the boot they stayed in place. Obviously if you use the adhesive and stick them into the boot it is super easy.
Question:	Does it come with a dvd
Answer:	I kept looking for more comfortable shoes and sneakers. After buying these Metatarsal pads, I can now wear them with all the shoes and sneakers that I determined were not comfortable. No pain when walking. Sometimes difficult to position them of feet and covering with a sock or sneaker sock, but worth the difficulty! I purchased more!
Question:	Do you think this device would be worthwhile for low handicap players
Answer:	I wear the with heels without socks so they seem to stay in position better. With heels there’s more weight on the ball of the foot which keeps them in position usually. Sometimes I do find they move however. I haven’t figured out how to make them stay where I want them at all times.

Answer:	The instruction sheet says "sticky gel" for the stick on piece and "SEBS gel" for the toe attachment. No real ingredient statement. I have a mild allergy to latex and have had no problems after one week use.

Answer:	Good afternoon, Jim It lasted the entire garden season in Belvidere NJ (May through November) Before I used the product I would have three to four rabbits I'd have to trap and release during the season. I had no deer problems for the first time since In had the garden (90 feet by 80 feet). One thing I learned was to set the bait low for rabbits (one foot above the ground) and about two feet for deer. Even the plants outside the fence were never grazed. Answer:	I do not know the ingredients but save you money they don't work. I purchased them to protect my orchard and they seemed to work for a couple of weeks then the deer got use to them and had a feast on my fruit. Irish Spring soap works just as well if not better and is not nearly as expensive.

Answer:	No. It comes on automatically about dusk. I bought 4 and placed them around my patio and have not seen the coyote since. They are very small and you must measure and place them at the right height for the animal[s] you want gone.
