Question:	I confused there is two model lens (black and silver) in Tour X. Which one is better
Answer:	Both are useful. The red lens provides compensation for elevation changes to the flag. It is very accurate in my estimation. Unfortunately it cannot be used in USGA covered events. Even your club member member is governed by these rules. So the red lens snaps off and the black lens provides line of site distance to the flag.This is a great product. A bit expensive but I am very pleased with its performance in both lens modes.
Question:	Tried it over the weekend and I couldn't get it to lock on the flag consistenly. Other times it locked on but gave wrong yardage. What gives
Answer:	I use this range finder in tournaments and general play I have found it to be extremely reliable in all kinds of conditions. I often shoot the flag several times since it can pick up a tree behind the flag pretty easily. What made you think the yardage given was incorrect. I mean on a 100 yard shot did it say 185 or something.
Question:	Why doesn't the symbol (side way triangle) meaning "play as" show up on the display-It mentions this in the manual and promotion material
Answer:	this was actually changed by bushnell. if you go to the website and view the manual, you can see the change. i experienced the same thing and noticed the manual that came with the device was dated 01/15, but on the website, the manual was updated on 06/16.
Question:	oes this come with with the sliver hard case that holds the extra faceplate and a battery? Does this come with a bushnell 2year factory warranty
