So once I get to that pony in class I place a towel over the front 4-5 inches of my mat so my hands have a grippy place to hold downward dog from. Then the rest of my mat can stay uncovered. My hands are the only area in my body to get slippery.

Answer:	The mat only squeaks at one of the places where I practice yoga. That facility has a wood floor. The other studio where I practice has concrete floors and I’ve never noticed the noise there. I think it depends more on the surface, but it squeaks just as much now as when I first bought it

Answer:	It is adjustable and holds the mat pretty well but it doesn't have a fixed clip so if you are hooking it through your backpack - I would recommend searching for a mat holder that clips a little more securely. They are a little harder to adjust but a bit more secure. These are harder to find as I have one that came with an older mat and when I tried to search for one, I wasn't having much luck.

Answer:	Yes, you can use the wet microfiber. You can follow our care instructions below: For daily cleaning, you can wipe the stain with damp cloth and then lay flat to air dry. To perform a deep clean, use a very heavily diluted solution of water with bicarbonate of soda (or baking soda). Simply wipe this solution over the surface with a soft sponge or cloth, and allow to dry flat. You can repeat the deep clean one or two more times as needed.

I have mine on polished marble 12-inch tiles and glass and they work great, but you still need to check them before each use of the shower (they each have good indicators that the suction is still intact) as they frequently lose suction over a period of days and have to be reset (a simple task).

Answer:	Nope, you will need to get one. It fits well in my yoga bag/tot.

Answer:	These are designed for hot yoga, where you sweat profusely. If you use it for other types of yoga, spray it with water like the other answer mentions. You won't slip at all that way.

Answer:	I have washed in both a top and front loader with no issues. I try to use the delicate cycle if I can, and I use Dreft baby detergent. I practice hot yoga 14-20 hours per week and I rotate thru 4 of these mats, just so I have time for them to hang dry.
