I’m not gonna lie, I wore the 7.5 for a little bit or as long as I could stand it. If you sit down, point your toe to work past that seam It will stretch over time. I can now were either pair all day. Still hate that seam in the box toe. I see a number of complaints about it and I hope Blowfish starts making the wider. I just bought a shoes stretcher from Amazon that works great. Good luck these are super cute shoes.

Question:	How wide is this strap? Description also says 8-inch? Is it 8-feet
Answer:	While you probably would be fine with the 8' length, I'd recommend the 10' length. Why? Because you can always shorten your grip on a longer band, but you cannot make a short band any longer. Best of luck with the rehab!
