Answer:	The mat is sticky with or without sweat. It will not move. It holds on to the floor and the yoga towel very well. I personally love this mat because it's cushy.
Question:	I am between a kurma mat and the gaiam sol dry grip mat. anyone ever used both of these, that can offer an opinion
Answer:	I've not used the kurma mat before, but i can say for the gaiam sol dry grip that a few months into using it some of the grip is gone and i've cleaned it with just a damp cloth
Question:	Is it safe to just use the regular tea tree oil spray to clean this mat? I'd rather not have to buy the special spray from Gaiam
Answer:	I've been using a homemade mixture of 3 parts water, 1 part witch hazel with alcohol, half a teaspoon of tea tree oil and 20 drops of peppermint oil on my Sol mat for over a year, and finally realized that my mat cleaner is taking the finish off my mat. It took several months for this to be apparent. Maybe it's the alcohol in the witch hazel, or maybe the tea tree oil, but I'm ready to buy a new mat now because it has lost its non-slip characteristic. I'm going to buy another of these mats and use the homemade alternative cleaner they recommend: "cold water and a mild detergent".
Question:	Does this mat really work well for a whole sweaty bikram class with out a towel? Really want an all in one option for Bikram that works
Answer:	Yes it does. The only issue I found was when I went to class right after putting lotion on....made the mat slippery once I started sweating. I use just a vinegar and water solution to clean it and it stays tacky enough to keep me from slipping and the sweat wicks away.

Question:	What is the best type/brand salt and brush to use for "breaking in" this mat
Answer:	No. Somewhat water resistant. The ones that are all leather can stand a little rain but there are holes for ventilation that will eventually let water in.

Answer:	I have noticed even if stated wide, Puma shoes run very skinny. Been that way since I can remember.

Answer:	I have never owned a pair of adrenaline GTS 18. But, the Adrenaline GTS 20 fits me perfectly for my regular size which is 9 1/2 D. I would argue that the benchmark is the actual size of your foot when buying the shoe. These are a pair of the best running shoes I’ve ever owned. Furthermore, it would seem to me logistically it would not change the design of how the shoe fits from one model to the next numerically. Adrenaline is adrenaline and that it just may have some updated features. That’s my opinion. Good luck…
