Answer:	Ok, this is going to involve math. :) The tiles are two feet by two feet. That's 4 square feet, so take the number of square feet in the package, and divide by 4. The 96 square feet package, for example, is 96/4=24. Thus, there are 24 tiles in the 96 square foot package. Measure the length and width of your room. If you don't want to cut a tile, round the length *down* to the nearest two feet. If your room is 13 feet 7 inches, round down to 12 feet. Then, since each tile is two feet square, divide that by two. You'll be able to fit up to six tiles along that 13 foot 7 inch wall without cutting anything. Do the same for the other wall. If you can fit six tiles along one wall, and four tiles along the other, you can fit up to 24 tiles in the room without cutting. If you instead want to cut the edges off of some tiles and go full wall-to-wall, round *up* to the nearest even number instead. So, that 13 foot 7 wall would round up to 14 instead. The rest of the procedure is identical with the dividing by two, measuring the other wall, etc.

Question:	will it slide around if I'm working out
Answer:	Mine does not slide around, but I am mostly doing exercises while lying on it. I have a wood-look vinyl floor. So I do not think it would slide but you could put something under it like the non-skid stuff for carpets. The mat is just wide enough to lie down comfortably like a yoga mat.

Answer:	It’s long enough to be a good sleep mat. But the material is a synthetic leather like material and does not breath that great. It better then the floor, the foam is fairly dense. Question:	My mat has marks/indents on it from the strap straight out of the box. Do these marks eventually fix themselves or will it always be marked up
Answer:	We moved the straps to a different spot and about a week later they fill back in. My dd7 uses the mat so she just puts the straps on all messy and folded over. This makes her indents deep and not wide and hers fill back in.

Answer:	I'm 6' 5" male, this mat is exceptionally long. I do find that lying flat from top of the map to bottom the mat cuts off at about the ankles. I do lots of core/ab workouts on my mat the padding is thick enough to make it comfortable and large enough to perform crunches or other exercises on without my body making contact with the floor. I don't mind my heels hanging off on the rare occasion that they do because all other points of contact are on the mat.

Answer:	I purchased the GoYoga Exercise mat in January 2016 for physical therapy exercises. For the last year, I've used this mat every week (about 5 out of 7 days per week). I haven't had any problems with the mat shedding or tearing. At about 1/2" thick, this mat is more comfortable for doing PT exercises on than the thinner 1/4" exercise mats. Glad I bought it!

Answer:	I think that heavily depends on the types of exercise you are doing and if the mats are on top of a carpeted surface or a flat hard surface. If you are planning to do any quick movement and change in direction they might have some trouble stay interlocked but for example jumping jacks with shoes on is completely fine. They are durable enough for that.

Answer:	Yes. My carpet hasn’t vibrated at all with this mat under the treadmill.

Answer:	I recently really upped my incline for the whole run and haven't noticed any issues with the mat bunching. Maybe a small amount but nothing major and no ripping at all. It would take a lot to rip this mat. I researched mats thoroughly and this seemed the best quality and best deal. It's thick but not too thick and just right size for my treadmill. I've heard the really thick ones create too much bounce on the treadmill.

Answer:	I use mine on a berber low pile type carpet and it works fine. Actually I bought the mat specificly to be used on top of carpet for better stability and eliminating "dents" in the carpet.

Answer:	Possibly. I use it in my upstairs apt and have not had any complaints from the neighbors downstairs. That said, I generally do not jump around much on these mats.

Answer:	i ordered 5 sets to cover the floor in my workout area. My whole house is tile and i was starting insanity and T25. the first day they slid around a bit but then i put a few strips of double sided tape down and it hasnt moved an inch in 60 days of insanity and none have separated. i did end up having to put duct tape in a 4' x 4' section in the middle because of my shoes were ripping the foam while doing burpees and suicides but its in great shape now.

Answer:	We have finished concrete floors and it's never slipped. It's a great mat!

Answer:	You can but you shouldn't do this if you want the mat to last long. It's better to use it while barefoot or with socks

Answer:	Yes. The following ways you can refference to: 1. Wipe your mat with the cloth dipped in suds or laundry powder solution. Then rinse with water and wipe it off from the mat with a tower or cloth. 2. Sock the whole mat in a bathtub with warm water, the water must cover the mat and put some (200ml) white vinegar with it. After 30 min later, wipe the water off from the mat with a towel or cloth.

Question:	how big is it, what are the dimensions
Answer:	Just your average yoga mat except thicker
Question:	I would be using it for running in place, barefoot, on a hard basement floor. Is this a good mat for that
Answer:	Not sure of that. This mat is primarily good for having to be positioned on knees, or laying down and doing various exercises.Running, jumping jacks, etc may not be a good idea on the mat.
Question:	Is this good for sit-ups
Answer:	yes. especially for a cheap mat i've found it to be great. it gives enough cushion where you can't feel the floor on your back at all. the only complaint i can see people having is that the mat is a little small and it rolls back a lot because normally you roll it up after use. for me though, i just accept the fact that if i'm doing leg lifts or other exercises that require full body extension my feet might hang over the end. to me it's not a big deal and this mat is perfect for what i need it for. if it's just straight sit ups you're looking at and you're not 7 feet tall, you should be just fine.
Question:	How does this mat compare to the one P90X sells
Answer:	I am not familiar with the mat from P90X but the Hemingweigh xtra thick is a very good quality and comfortable mat for the price. I work in a fitness gym and I have not seen a better mat than the Hemingweigh in that price range.

Answer:	I've used it both ways. It seems counterintuitive, but the most stable way to use the mat is with the ridges down so you're standing on the smooth side, grips the floor to stop it from moving.
