I have found that buying locally is better because you can see how big the bolster is and that it "fits" the individual. The one I bought in my home town was more expensive but if I had done that in the first place I wouldn't have spent the money on the one you're asking about.

Answer:	I ordered five of these and they didn't quite last the year. One zipper failed and eventually spilled its innards over the floor. The other four are still intact, but are really squished and much less comfortable. I'd recommend something firmer that may last a little longer. I suppose these are not meant to be used every day for so many hours. In addition, this table was always the least full - not very popular.

Question:	I am 4'9", which size should i get? I have arthritis and a bad back but still good flexibility
Answer:	Probably a lot, it is filled with very hard shells... but if you are worrying about the weight of a person I would point out that the pillow is SMALL. I am skinny and I cannot sit on this with legs crossed, it just isn't large enough and maybe it is called meditation pillow but it certainly cannot be used to meditate. The best you can do with this pillow is sit to drink a cup of tea/coffee and/or chat with someone for a short amount of time. But then again, if the question is about the weight of a person, I would also have my reserves because the pillow is very low as well and you may have serious difficulties sitting on it without falling or when getting up.

How thick is the padding

Answer:

I found this cushion to be very comfy. Keep in mind, I have a big kaboos! So, I got this one because it stated a larger circumference and higher. I think it's accurate. These are larger than some and they are at least 6" in height (thickness). If you're smaller, you might find 6" a little high for when you want to sit lotus position. I would consider a smaller cushion if you're smaller than the average woman.

Question:	I need something asap for neck pain- 2 slipped discs and whiplash. does your neck stay on the pillow all night
Answer:	Yes. My neck stays on the pillow all night and I don’t wake up in the morning with a ton of pressure. The pillow actually has helped my case out a ton. The pillow is nice and thick and doesn’t cave in. It actually holds my big head up very nicely. I recommend it for great support and better sleep. It works for side sleepers and back sleepers. I tent to do both. If I had to complain about anything it would be the zipper. The zipper does poke out now and then so I just adjust it when needed. It has come close to poking my eye but I was luck it didn’t. I could add a pillow case to resolve the issue. Overall I still would rate my pillow a 10 with 5 stars.

Answer:	There is a cover like the on the picture, which can be unzipped an washed. But it's not a real pillowcase.
