Answer:	Yes, it does have an adjustable foot piece. My table is packed up, so I am not going to be exact here, but it seems to me that it can extend 6 inches or so. The adjustment screws aren't that strong, so it moves about a bit when extended. I leave it in the compressed position and don't mess with it.

Answer:	Take the "supports 450 pounds" on the paperwork with a grain of salt. Remember, this means it can support 450lbs evenly distributed over the table. If you were to plop 450lbs down just in the middle of the table it will probably break it. For someone over 300 pounds, I would get something sturdier.

Answer:	It has a framework of wood as you can see, and is covered with black vinyl. Appears to be well made. I cannot review as a professional or for professional usage, but for me helping my wife with her recovery therapy exercised, it has worked out great. Again, is solid and works well.

Answer:	The headrest can be tilted up approx 30 degrees and tilted down greater than 90 degrees. It can be raised 3 inches (for a total of approx 4 inched above the table). Note this table has only been used several times so it doesn't take into consideration compression of the headrest over time with use.

1. Unlock the angle lock.

2. Insert and adjust the headrest frame to the proper position.

Answer:	I used to use mine fully inverted and didn't get any real relief. My Dr just prescribed daily to start and then weekly for L5 damage but said NEVER go past 45 degrees. My PT also told me in 2008 that decompression when upright did not work because your brain wouldn't let your muscles relax. So maybe check with a spine specialist even if you have a healthy spine.
