Answer:	I am 5'1. 200lbs ish.... Its not difficult at all. Its all about balance. Use the bars to flip yourself on your terms. Takes a little bit of arm power, bit its definitely worth it. Using other inversion tables, i finally decided to buy my own! Best... Stretch... Ever....

Answer:	I used to use mine fully inverted and didn't get any real relief. My Dr just prescribed daily to start and then weekly for L5 damage but said NEVER go past 45 degrees. My PT also told me in 2008 that decompression when upright did not work because your brain wouldn't let your muscles relax. So maybe check with a spine specialist even if you have a healthy spine.

Answer:	No it's not hard to assemble. The hardware is packaged by the letters in the instructions, step A,B,C etc. Just lay the parts all out before you start.

Answer:	My pain Dr just prescribed inversion for lumbar decompression of ruptured L5 but said never to go past 45 degrees. I have a cheapo walmart purchase and found that wearing running shoes and actually loosening the ankle grips so they only contacted the top of my heal and the foot where it transitions to the ankle did the trick when fully inverted years ago. For comparison I am 6' male and somewhat trim build at 180# with size 11 shoes.

Question:	can u move the lumbar massaging pad anywhere on the table like shoulders neck area .does it work anywhere on the table
Answer:	Yes I don't know how comfortable it would be or the effectiveness on you shoulder area?
Question:	What are the angles of the 4 positions? Can it go to 180 degrees
Answer:	First of all, I love my Innova, best one I've ever had. If you want one, you won't go wrong with this one! Now to answer your questioin, I went downstairs and checked the four positions. You understand that each of these position are just stop points that won't all you to invert more than that stop position. The first I'd say is a little more that 90 degrees, say about 100 or so. Then the second stop position is about 125, the third about 150 and the last allows you to invert all the way to 180 degrees, and that is when all the money falls out of your pockets. Also understand too that if you have the foot rest set at the right length for your height, that you can have the pin in the 180 degree stop point, and use your arms to control how far back you invert simply by moving your arms from your waist to over your head. Once you get the hang of it, it is really easy to slowly invert to any level just my moving your arms forward and backward. You can also grab the side rails and pull yourself back upright at anytime if you wish. Hope this helps. They say you only need to use this 3-5 minutes a day, but I've fallen asleep on it many times with the heat and vibration gonig on in my low back, boy does that feel great on my sore back. It does help the back also. You'll notice that once you come back up from inverting for a few minutes, you'll feel the back pain increase just for a moment or so and then it will be much better for the rest of the day. I don't really know why this is and don't know if everyone would experience this as I do. I just have to give myself a couple seconds once I come back up to kind of get myself back together again, it's no biggie thou and just wanted to share that. I keep my pin in the third hole which is an inversion to about 150 degrees, that is quite comfortable. Inverting to the 4th pin which is all the way upside down to 180 I feel puts too much pressure on your ankles in the foot sturips (sp) and too much pressure on my head with the blood all flowing into my head and sinuses.

Answer:	No it has an electrical cord that plugs into the wall. It is a pretty long cord and it can be disconnected near the pad if you want to hide the electrical cord until you want to use it.
Question:	is it uncomfortable on the ankles and feet
Answer:	I would have to say not really. I assume they will all feel the same since you're relying on those to hold you. These are nicely cushioned and of course you must wear sneakers so you're weight is going to put some pressure on your shoes and top of your feet, but I do not find it uncomfortable. It does not hurt your ankles at all. Plus this one has the nicest table with lumbar massager and head rest.

Question:	I weigh 315 will it support me
Answer:	It works on wet, we have had customers use on wet hair, however we found it works best with dry hair as the clip slides down smoother and when you cut with dry especially on bangs it's recommenced to cut dry because then you have a more accurate cut in length. When you cut wet bangs, the hair shrinks when it is dry, that why I always recommend to cut dry when it comes to bangs but as for long hair it won't be much difference.
Question:	What is the X3's footprint on the floor when it is opened and ready for use? And does it come with the short or extended handles
Answer:	The Original CreaClip Set home haircutting tool comes with 2 hair cutting clips. One large white CreaClip for long hair and layers and the small blue CreaClip for shorter hair and bangs. Both CreaClip's can be used for many different hair cuts. Question:	A brand new unit comes with a 5 year warranty - the refurbished only comes with a 90 day. Is this correct
Answer:	Yes it works on Curly hair! We have had many happy customers that used the CreaClip and love it. You can either blow-dry straight or flat iron first before you cut or cut curly. If you blow-dry straight you it's easier to clip and slide in the hair. However you can also cut while the hair is curly, depending on the hairstyle you are looking to do. You will just clip it on where the desired length to be cut and cut, you skip the slide process. Ex. For one length you clip it 1 inch on the bottom and cut. For layers you flip head over, let the hair fall straight down then clip on 1 inch of the ends. I always recommend to cut a little at a time, then take a look and then repeat until you get your desired length and layers! Then it's risk free when you take little steps!

Question:	Will this table go completely vertical
Answer:	No. It almost does. It lacks about 5% from being completely straight up and down.
Question:	What is the width between the bars where your hips are
Answer:	There is 19 1/4 inches width at the hips. The bars are a little wider, but the swing arms are inside of the bars and they are the important dimension.
Question:	How large of an area do you need for this? I can’t find the dimensions anywhere
Answer:	A free area of at least 30 inches wide by 6 foot + long. It would be best to have a bit more room.
Question:	Are you able to easily fold this up for esy storage? Or would you have to get tools and partially disassemble it
Answer:	It doesn't fold up very small (a disappointment) as you have to leave it partially open so it sets on both front and back legs. I made the mistake of putting the pin where they suggest for storage, then forgetting to remove it before opening it; the pin got crammed into the storage hole and needed pliers to pull it out. Other than that, I love it!

Answer:	I've had back issues since I was 30, I bought an inversion table and my back never felt better. And yes, they can make your back crack. I love the feeling when all the tension releases.

Question:	What am i doing wrong? i have tried all height settings. i can not get my self back to upright position after once i lay back
Answer:	If the height adjustment is set correctly, and you are wanting to get back to the upright position, using the handles pull yourself forward (butt towards your feet) while bending your knees. Just moving forward a few inches will help you to get back upright. It's important to have the height adjustment set right, it should require pushing on the handles to get into the inclined position. Raise the foot plate to make it easier to get into the incline position but harder to return from the incline position.

Answer:	Easy to put together and it's a great inversion table. Recommend it to anyone with back problems

Question:	My son wants to now if it is possible to do sit-ups while inverted on this machine
Answer:	Yes, easy... just set the height at a shorter setting and machine is stable enough to do situps. i.e. I am 6.1 but set them the height at 5.8. This way my center of gravity is shifted so I ca do situps without the board tilting

Answer:	Does Iron sell a set of gravity boots adaptable to its Iron Man tables?
Question:	how long should you to invert
Answer:	This depends on your tolerance for the inversion. I have been told by a Dr that the most effective may to stretch the discs in your back is to invert to less than 180 degrees. 180 degrees leaves you hanging upside down. Blood pressure is a consideration and gradually inverting and returning to the up-right position slowly are also recommended. I've heard 5 min daily is good to 1/2 hour daily. My neck and mid back responded very well the first time i tried it. I have sciatica and when i use it, it helps the sciatica for a while depending on what I'm doing. 3 min upside down will relieve my sciatica for a few hours unless I'm cutting the grass or something else strenuous. Hope this helps. I feel each person will respond differently and urge taking things slowly at first to see what works best for you
Question:	How do these things help back pain
Answer:	It helped right away. I have reoccurring issues with sciatica down my legs. Usually a few visits to a chiropractor and exercises gets it back but this helped right away. After only five minutes of a few up and downs it took the majority of the pain away. It didn't heal it totally, I still needed to do stretches and stuff but it took the sharp pains away. I am 42, 6' and 185 lbs and a triathlete so I am in shape but just have back problems from prior work time to time and this allowed me to do something right away. I recommend it.

Question:	don't the shoulder straps negate the point of the table
Answer:	The table works well. The shoulder straps hold you firmly to the table assisting the ankle bands to keep you in place while inverted whether 30 60 or 90 degrees. The point of the table is blood flow/pressure to the head and upper body is greatly increased. Believe me it works well and takes getting used to.
Question:	why there isno reviews
Answer:	I just put this together yesterday and used it right away. This unit is very sturdy and comfortable. Putting it together was difficult though because the parts are not labeled. Had to take apart 3 times because something was put on backwards. They really need to label each piece and make the directions more user friendly.
Question:	Is it easy for someone to use alone without help from someone else
Answer:	Yes it's easy to use I use it without assistance with no problems the handles help you to pull up yourself.
Question:	Can it be locked in place to do sit-upz
Answer:	No. There is only a pin used to stop downward tilt. There is no pin to stop upward tilt so you would not be able to lock it in position for sit ups.

Answer:	yes
Question:	I have very different ankle sizes due to atrophy. Would this conform to fit both ankles? One ankle is much thinner
Answer:	No, you'd have to add padding to one. They are the same fixed size and both move as one.
Question:	What tools are needed for assembly
Answer:	It comes with tools to assemble. I used them and they were adequate, but better tools would be easier.
Question:	How difficult is it to assemble
Answer:	I found it to be very easy. It may be that the company has taken feedback and adjusted the directions and packaging. All bolts, nuts and washers were in assembled sets. Each set was labeled with the Instruction step they belonged to (i.e. Step 7 in instructions meant that the bolts for step 7 were labeled as such and were apart from all other bolts, washers and nuts. Also, the instructions matched the illustrations, and most importantly, special insets were used when it was important that parts went together in a certain way. Either I was very lucky and everything fit without issue, or they have improved the instructions and predrilling of holes that caused problems for other buyers. I was very impressed with how easy it was.

Question:	As for person with spine compression, how long does one feel relief after using? -- how long does relief remain before achiness returns
Answer:	I shoot for at least 5min a day. Usually do few shorter sessions. It takes time till you build that let’s say tolerance to hang fully inverted for extended periods of time. I started to feel improvement after one month of using it. It depends on your condition. It’s something that you need to do constantly since once you stop the pain will slowly creep back in.
