Answer:	Curious where you saw that there was a 100% money-back lifetime warranty? When I read the description I read that there's a "lifetime warranty," but nothing said about getting a refund. It sounds like the company is willing to stand behind its products and is anxious to make things right if your machine has a problem. On another one of their vibration plates, in answering a customer question, the owner (Joel) stated that if anything goes wrong with the product, they will ship out a new one at no cost. I think that is outstanding customer service. That being said, I agree with you that just stating a 'lifetime warranty' does sound a bit vague. And, after all, should the company close down, there IS no 'lifetime' warranty. But the company does seem to have MUCH better customer service than other sellers on here. If I were you, I would contact them directly. But I definitely am not under the impression that 'lifetime warranty' means 'lifetime money-back guarantee,' those are two different promises. Question:	What are the advantages and disadvantages of curved vs. flat? I am concerned my feet will be in an unnatural position
Answer:	I initially found the curved design caused knee pain. I adjusted my stance and that resolved. After 8 weeks of use, I no longer get the knee pain. I love the many options available with the 4D. My only wish was a flat surface but I have no plans to trade in my 4D for any other model because I do love it.

Answer:	We picked up a inexpensive portal clothes rack that can be easily adjusted for height. Less than 25 bucks on Amazon. We strap the remote to the top bar which makes it super easy to adjust what program you are on. Did not put the wheels on it. Works great and basically use it as a balance point as we both like to move around on the plate, facing the front and also right and left. You do not really need it but if sure make it more comfortable to have it as a balance point if you want to move around on the plate while it is running. Typically use in manual with all functions running at the same time and work up to top speed rather quickly. Just resting a finger on it helps with any fear of falling off it. Awsome machine.. love it.

Question:	How is this a 300 dollar item when a similar product like Zaaz is 1800 to 2300 dollars online or thru Costco? Are they basically the same
Answer:	I tried the one at Costco, which led me to look for a cheaper one. This machine is sturdy, but it isn't as big or quite as solid as the one in Costco. I don't know how results compare between the two, but I couldn't afford $2300. I have had it a few months now and use it almost daily.

Answer:	Product Spec page of my handbook says China. Very well made machine. Very easy to assemble. Have used it daily. Had one problem hooking up the resistance bands to the plate and My email was answered almost immediately and problem solved. There are three programmed 10 minute periods - all excellent. Outside of the programmed periods you can set the speed as you wish I am now progressing to using hand weights while on the machine. Very satisfied. I have a good feeling of confidence and strength after sessions.w

Answer:	I looked up the difference and would have said it's an oscillating plate. But I looked at a clip on YouTube and it does call it a vibrating plate. I love it! Answer:	No one has answered the original poster's question here, which was, what is the G force (gravitational pull capacity) and vibrational rate of the platform. Specs do not mention the G force, but an independent study of machines in this price range asserts the g force of any vibrational platform exerciser in the $300 price range is likely less than 5 G's. The Frequency range mentioned under the electrical specs refers to the electrical motor cycles per second, or to be precise the voltage frequency range it can operate safely under, and has absolutely nothing to do with the vibrational rate of the platform you stand on. To get a machine with a platform that vibrates at 50-60 hz per second you must spend above $10,000. I am 100% sure that is NOT this machine.The effectiveness of a vibrational platform is dictated by how far the platform thrusts you (amplitude of the platform, in this case the amplitude is apparently between 0 and 10 milimeters PLUS the frequency of the vibration--how many times the platform thrusts you per second. You get different benefits from different amplitudes and frequencies. Lower frequency but higher amplitude (a "wide stance" when standing on the platform) positively affects your circulatory system and lymphatic system drainage. The G force at this combination is relatively low, but if you have low back or spinal problems you need to be careful, because the lower vertebra get a very "rocking" workout which could be painful (and not helpful) to someone with lower back problems, arthritis in the spine, etc. Standing with the feet close together on the vibration platform can lessen that problem, but would lessen the benefit form the machine, too.For muscle toning, weight loss, cellulite reduction benefits, you definitely DO need the higher G force. The higher G force is attained with the highest vibration settings. You cannot expect the same results with this machine that you would receive from a machine that delivers 15, 20, 25 or more G's. That said, for muscularly deconditioned people who are starting out, or people recovering from injury or surgery, you should still be able to expect some mild toning benefits from the highest settings on a machine like this. Again, anyone with spinal pain should avoid the wide-stance that rocks the spine the most vigorously.You are only going to be on this machine 10-20 min. a day, most people. It will have a negligible effect on biological vibration rates, probably a slight negative one at that, since all machines give off electromagnetic frequencies which are not made to be compatible with human biology. The benefit comes from muscle toning, relaxation from the vibration (like massage), improved blood and lymphatic circulation, which will greatly outweigh your brief exposure to the electromagnetic frequency of the motors.If your goal is to shape and sculpt muscle and really knock off fat . . . you need a much more powerful machine.

Answer:	I have one. It is excellent and well built. I've used it about a year. It is supposedly used in chiropractors' offices. I don't know about muscle tone, but if I have back or neck pain, it very quickly (usually after one ten minute session) eliminates that. It is not so much strengthening of the muscles, as it is relaxing them, and overcoming the "favoring" that we unconsciously give to sore muscles. It is easy to operate. I suggest putting it in manual mode, turning up the vibrations to what is comfortable, but keeping the oscillation lower than 10, at least to start. If the oscillations are too high, they can injure you. The pre-set modes are very powerful. Maybe too powerful. Also, it needs some assembly, but it's not too difficult. I did it myself.
