Locking/Unlocking Dock

When the main handle is placed in the provided dock, it will push down on the metal spring unlocking the turn dial and allowing you to adjust the weight set.

Adjustable Dial

The rotating dial can be turned either clock wise or counter clock wise when placed in the provided dock. It cannot be rotated when out of the dock securely locking in the weights.
