Answer: Be sure you use the right way. Installation steps: Getting the brush to click into the base took some force to (a) push it into the base hard enough before (b) twisting left until it clicks. If it doesn’t CLICK, it WILL work itself loose. Once you locking correctly, it never falls off.

Disassembly steps: a) Press and hold the remove button. b) At the meantime, twist right to remove the brush head.

• Question 3: The speed and temperature setting seems not working correctly.

Answer:	It is an average weight. I wouldn't say it is heavy or light. It appears to be lighter than it actually is because of the material it is made of so it looks like it would be lighter than average. No it is not loud. It is considerably quieter than my previous dryer. It's more of a blowing sound than a motor sound.

Answer:	I don't see why not!! They are a soft Foam roller I think they would be fine to sleep in!

Answer:	Yes they work on all types of hair! My hair has more of a silky texture which usually poses a hindrance for holding curls but the rods work beautifully!
Question:	Is 220V available
Answer:	The Twist-flex rods are all different sizes - thin rods for tight curls or big rods for loose curls! No matter which rod I use, hair stays curled until my next wash and set. Love these rods--first, I bought the smaller pack but then ordered the larger pack and these flex rods have proven to be a great investment!
Question:	Does the diffuser stay on well, and does it also come off easily when I want to take it off
Answer:	The curlers are just like any roller. The tighter you roll your hair around the curler the tighter your curl will be. I like a looser curl, so I put more hair in each roller and roll loose. Doesn't take long for the hair to curl either.

Question:	Can you use this on wet hair
Answer:	Yes, that's the point of it being a blow dryer/volumizer. I leave my hair wrapped in a towel to absorb most of the moisture, then apply a leave in conditioner, and volumizing spray, section it, and go to work on the lowest setting, since my hair is short, and baby fine. I have a very sensitive scalp, and there is very little pull or tug, and my hair dries super quickly.
