| Answer: | Gel pads last I say 3 days and when it does u would have to lay down to get the goodness out of it. Get sumn less that includes the gel pads and see what u think after that. |

| Answer: | I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Try using a couple of the other pads and see if both sides work. If one doesn't then its the unit. Try another unit. If one side doesn't work it's the pad. Either way you should be able to get your money back or a replacement. Most of these companies are out to please which = good reviews. |
