Answer:	Max weight is 800 lbs. I'm a tall dude and can easily through around heavy dumbbells on this bench its nice and sturdy. Even if you weigh 300 lbs that'd still leave you with 500 pounds of weight to move. Way more than enough for your average home gym user.

Answer:	Very easy to put together. I see someone mentioned a tool but no tool came with mine, nor is any tool required. There is a separate foot part that you just screw onto the frame (no tools necessary, there is a handle that you just rotate to screw this on). From out of the box to using it should take no longer than 30 seconds.

Answer:	Yes, the locking mechanism is very robust. Looks like a thick pin with a great latch system. I'm 5' 11" and 215lbs and have been hitting the backrest pretty good on crunches - haven't broken it yet...LOL.

This is Blair and I am glad to answer your question. 8.5" Depth Functional Bookshelf: Underneath the tabletop is there much space for storing Stuff and Saving Room Space. 8.5" Depth can fit 95% of the way for work sitting and push chair underneath the table. Question:	I'm trying to buy a bench but i can't seem to find a clear-cut answer. which is the better xm bench: 7472, 7629, or the 7604? (i want attachments btw
Answer:	The XM-7629 is not designed for attachments. The XM-7472 and the XM-7604 do accept attachments. The roll pads on the XM-7604 are slightly thicker than on the XM-7472. The benches are equally strong with a 1500 pound weight capacity.

Answer:	Yes
Question:	How long is the gap between the pad you sit on and the pad your back goes on. Does this cause comfort issues
Answer:	In the center of the bench the gap is about 3". Due to the curve of the pad, at each side, the gap is more like 4 1/2 to 5". This is a large gap and something I have not seen on other benches. It does feel odd at first but it does not cause any comfort issues for me. Remember this is a very well built bench and could easily be used in a commercial setting. When lying flat on the bench, the gap is at the small of the back and I do not feel it at all. I have not seen or used a better bench at any price.

Answer:	I wouldnt necessarily use it for Plyometrics. It's pretty sturdy and strong but if you're doing explosive movements then I would recommend something else that is made to take that kind Of work out. This bench is great as a stepper, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend hopping up-and-down on it. But it's still a great bench nonetheless and I highly recommend it

Answer:	This has 3 inclined positions beyond the flat - so yes, 3 positions for the back rest just as with the reebok model.

Answer:	Yes you can do skull crushers. It’s not padded, but there is some rubber grip to the center part of the bench. I haven’t used it for crushers myself, as I typically do them on the floor, but you definitely could.
