So, I don’t believe Amazon needed to conduct any research in developing this formula. Question:	I'm trying to buy a bench but i can't seem to find a clear-cut answer. which is the better xm bench: 7472, 7629, or the 7604? (i want attachments btw
Answer:	The XM-7629 is not designed for attachments. The XM-7472 and the XM-7604 do accept attachments. The roll pads on the XM-7604 are slightly thicker than on the XM-7472. The benches are equally strong with a 1500 pound weight capacity.

Answer:	Yes
Question:	How long is the gap between the pad you sit on and the pad your back goes on. Does this cause comfort issues
Answer:	In the center of the bench the gap is about 3". Due to the curve of the pad, at each side, the gap is more like 4 1/2 to 5". This is a large gap and something I have not seen on other benches. It does feel odd at first but it does not cause any comfort issues for me. Remember this is a very well built bench and could easily be used in a commercial setting. When lying flat on the bench, the gap is at the small of the back and I do not feel it at all. I have not seen or used a better bench at any price.

There is a separate foot part that you just screw onto the frame (no tools necessary, there is a handle that you just rotate to screw this on). Answer:	Yes, the locking mechanism is very robust. Looks like a thick pin with a great latch system. I'm 5' 11" and 215lbs and have been hitting the backrest pretty good on crunches - haven't broken it yet...LOL.

Question:	how heavy is the unit
Answer:	It's not that heavy and can be moved easily - but sturdy enough to use. I use it on carpet and it does not move around.

Answer:	I have used it for decline presses pretty often. You have to hold them as you get your legs locked it and simply lay back, then begin pressing.

Answer:	No it cant adjust to a flat position, but it will come close

Answer:	I am 6 foot even and if I lay completely flat on the bench with it on its highest setting my head will touch the floor. But if I stay in a crunch kind of position (like my hands behind my head and I’m fixing to do a push up) my head will not touch. With my height this machine seems perfect to me but I’m not a workout fanatic so I don’t know what’s correct.

Answer:	I'm 600 lbs, and bought this to use with my body by jake tower 200 door gym, basically resistance cords with handles. This bench is very sturdy with my weight. the installation is easy too, you only need to assemble the pads, leg support, and feet braces. other than that, it's one huge heavy solid and welded piece of equipment. very happy with this purchase. if i could just make one suggestion though, when bolting in the front feet braces, you may want to turn them in opposite direction than it shows in the pictures and installation guide. they are always in the way of your feet otherwise. and like one other reviewer said too, as he did the same as i suggested, it hurts the feet if you plan on working out without shoes like him and i do.

Answer:	The decline angle is only 15 degrees. This may be adequate for beginners but those who are experienced will have to bring weights up with them to be challenged. Please be aware that Merax has a confusing and unconventional system system for defining the incline and decline of their product. (They aren't doing themselves any favors.)
Question:	When the bench is in the “flat” position, is it truly level or is it slightly declined or inclined
Answer:	Its flat. It's a good bench. Had no trouble paying 140-150 for this bench. Put it together in an hour. Need to have 13, 14 and 17 mm sockets or wrenches I believe.

The Multi-Functional bench, or Roman Chair, is designed to work your hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors/obliques with very specific exercises, many of which you can see in the product listing. While doing these exercises can be terrific for shaping and toning your legs and core, it only passively works your quads. The traditional exercises for quads are squats, leg extensions and leg presses, which should not be done with this bench. However, squats can be done with little or no weight on any flat surface.
Question:	How tall of a person can use the back extension
Answer:	I'm 5'4 and my husband is just over 6 foot and we are both able to use it, the part you lean on does adjust up so you can raise it if needed to the level of your hips to do the extensions.

Answer:	Hi! We chose the size of our Walkin Wheels by the "features & description" write up. For our 70 lb pup we chose a large. Our vet put the wheelchair together for us b/c it takes a bit of measurement & adjustment. I wouldn't feel comfortable advising a size for your dog; as we had a lot of assistance based on our dog's needs. If you are in Massachusetts we'd be happy to share the amazing naturopathic vet that we go to that put it together and taught us how to get her in and out of it easily. We love the walkin wheels. Answer:	Max weight is 800 lbs. I'm a tall dude and can easily through around heavy dumbbells on this bench its nice and sturdy. Even if you weigh 300 lbs that'd still leave you with 500 pounds of weight to move. Way more than enough for your average home gym user.
