This belt has gotten a lot of use and, therefore, the zipper has taken a lot of abuse. I am happy to report that the belt looks as good as the day I first put it on! The zipper shows no sign of wear. The material shows no sign of fraying or snagging. And the reflective material has stayed perfectly in place (unlike some other belts I have order where it has literally peeled off like tape).

Answer:	According to Nathan customer service the Nathan 5k Pak can be adjusted from 26"- 44" in circumfrence. Some video reviewers complain that if your waist is on the small side you have to deal with the access strap, but you can either hold the extra strap length in place with a hair elastic or cut it and sew/seal ends with no fray glue.
