Answer:	If you look at Champion Pet Foods website, you will see who is authorized by Champion Pet Foods to sell their food, which includes Acana and Orijen. Amazon is not one of those authorized sellers and the prices do not reflect what you should be paying. If you go to champion pet foods website and search for online shippers, you can save money by purchasing through authorized sellers. When you see Orijen for almost $90 + shipping you are over paying. It is on average $78.00 through authorized channels.

Answer:	It's the US Formula. They moved recently from Canada to the US. I must say I did not notice any difference in quality between the two. You can tell Canadian vs US because Canadian is vacuum sealed and US is not.

Answer:	A: Chewy no longer carries Orijen but Petflow does. Chewy doesn't because of the changes. It's no longer from Canada with the original healthy ingredients. It's now made in the US which started this year, and all ingredients were changed as well as the kibble consistency to make their cost less for a huge profit but still charge the same prices. But the food worse. A lot of people have complained since this change. Their dogs are developing allergies, their having stomach problems, etc. My dog has been on it for 9 years and I went to order more, and that's when the Chewy representative explained the problem. If you compare the Canadian original ingredients in all their foods (if you still have an original bag from Canada before the switch) to the new manufacturer in Kentucky, it's totally different. People have been complaining all year and so I contacted Canada and they claim the US is making it "just as good as their original products!" That's not true at all.

Answer:	Yes, that's where it goes. No worries, though. It's a standard water pump (& its cord) designed to be submerged. Your fish won't get electrocuted...unless you have an electric eel swimming around. ;)
Question:	What is the difference between this tank and the Marineland Contour
Answer:	I called Marineland and they told me the only difference between the Portrait 5 gallon and the Contour 5 gallon is in the curvature of the lighting system. The lights themselves are identical (9 white LEDs and 6 blue LEDs). They also advised me that they are no longer making the Contour 5 gallon because except for the minor difference in the lighting structure they are exactly the same tank with the same filtration components. FWIW, I bought the 5 gallon Portrait and am very happy with it.
Question:	Can I buy this for my Betta fish
Answer:	This tank is an excellent choice for bettas, thanks for asking! The pump is fully adjustable, down to 35 gph, and the size is perfect for a betta fish. You can place a heater in the front portion of course, and it is easy to maintain.

Answer:	Hello, thanks for reporting your problem. Yes, an iphone charger shoule be fine. There seemed to be some problem with your charging cord. We just tested 1,000 charging cords and 2 of the them got overheated. Could you please send us an email with your shipping address so that we can send you a new moving fish with new charging cord? We have urgently talked with our charging cord supplier and asked them to upgrade the cords. Sorry for everything.
Question:	How long did you have to charge this. I put it on overnight and it did not work
Answer:	Hello, Some customers reported the same problem and they all finally fixed it. Maybe in the instruction sheet, we fail to make things clear, sorry about that. First of all could you please read carefully below key points and ensure you have done all of them correctly? If it still won't work, I will send a new replacement, no worries. 1. When charging, the motor glows red light; When fully charged, the light goes out. In the instruction sheet in the package, it mentions about the green light, please ignore it. We upgraded the motor only recently and haven’t got a chance to modify the instruction sheets; 2. It takes only about 90 mins to get the motor fully charged from "no battery power'. After the red light goes out, it indicates “fully charged”; 3. After fully charging the motor, be sure to flip the switch on and then tap the fish belly to get the fish moving just like cats would do with their paws. If you have tried all the things mentioned above, the fish still won't move or hold a charge, please reply to me and i will send you a new replacement. Don't worry. Question:	How many calories per cup? Seems weird that that isn't on the packaging
Answer:	It is on the packaging, on the side of the package under the ingredients and nutritional content table. It's weird that the seller here does not include a picture of that side of the package anymore. They used to, then removed that picture from all types of dog food they sell which to me raises suspicion as to the honesty of this particular seller regarding this product. For the basic life formula with Lamb and brown rice the content is 419 Kcal/Kg, most of the basic life formula from Blue Buffalo for adult dogs will have similar Calorie content.
Question:	I need to know if any ingredients are sourced from another country before I buy
Answer:	I was assured the ingredients in their dog and cat food are are not outsourced from any international country. Nutritional levels are approved by the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO). More info can be found at www.dogfoodadvisor.com which rates dog and cat food. It's a great website for current recall info and changes in food ratings.

Answer:	Not sure it looks like whole wheat but is round and brown....a flat round. My girls(papillions) love it.

Answer:	My dogs love the chicken best, and then the lamb. I buy the fish when they're getting a little chubby, because they don't like it as well, and eat less. I don't recall trying the beef.

Question:	Is it possible that the filter cartridge included with the kit is too large? It does not fit in the housing
Answer:	It should fit across the little black cup filter. Basically when you inset, it should slide down middle and divide the cup. Water coming in bottom of one side them pushed up out of the cup on other side.
Question:	I was thinking about getting this for my dorm room next year? Do you think it will work? How often to you have to clean it
Answer:	It would be great for a dorm. It's only 1 gallon. It probably depends on what you put in it, how often you have to clean it. I have a single betta fish in mine, and probably clean it every 10 days to 2 weeks. I tend to over feed mine sometimes. I don't even use the filter in it because such a small area for such a lot of water movement... And on a couple of these, the lights stopped working after a while.
Question:	can a heater tube be put in here...will i have to keep the cover off and if so will the lights still be nice looking and working
Answer:	a small under gravel heater would be all you needed for this tiny thing. With that the thin cord can fit up beside the filter with some squeezing. Anything bigger then the lid will have to be off.. but the lights will still be lovely :D

Question:	Can this be given to puppies
Answer:	Yes. My puppy was on another puppy kibble and I first started mixing 50/50 moving to all Acana over about 3 weeks. There are suggested feeding amounts by age on the package. My puppy is now nearly 1 year old and is the perfect weight for his breed; English Cocker Spaniel with a LOT of energy.
Question:	Are the meats antibiotic free? What is the difference between Acana and Orijen
Answer:	The manufacturer's website (http://www.orijen.ca/orijen/fresh-regional-ingredients/?lang=us) only says the lamb and chicken are antibiotic free, but is not specific about the bison and/or beef. The website has much more information about the content, process and standards to which Champion Pet Foods adheres.The basic difference between Acana and Orijen is the ratios of protein to carbohydrates and botanicals. Orijen is higher at 60% - 80%, while Acana is mid-level at 40% - 60%, all of which depends on the blends and specific product you're buying. As a result of source costs, the price depends accordingly with higher protein product more expensive (which is not to say better or more appropriate; every dog is different and requires some consideration in their diet; speak with your veterinarian about what's appropriate for yours).
Question:	Is there a specific Acana dry food best for large breeds, as in. a Rottweiler
Answer:	No there isn't. Acana does not make breed or life stage specific foods in the USA. Orijen makes a Large Breed Puppy formula so of your Rotti is under 12 months, I'd suggest that food. Paul

Answer:	I'm no expert. However, IMO it's a definite yes. My dogs are American Eskimo's, both around 10 years old. I don't have to give them as much food as with other brands and they maintain their weight. One of my dogs is very picky. But not with this brand. I rotate between the chicken and fresh fish recipe's. Hope this helps!
