Answer:	I wear a size 2-4, and my waist is 34 inches. It was too big, have to return. I misread the description. It doesn’t say it fits a 28inch waist. The extender piece that you can add is 28 inches. Wish is fit, I love all the pockets, good quality, nice fabric.
