Answer:	Glad to answer your question,I would say YES!!! Our running fanny packs have 2 pockets and the bigger one large enough for Cellphone up to 6.5 Inch,and pixel 3 is only 5.5 Inch.So I would say it would fits a pixel 3!!! Hope it will help you!!!

Question:	Is this running vest waterproof
Answer:	It only fit a person that is a size 7 or smaller. I promise if you are a size 10 & up it will not fit. I have had some bad experiences with items purchase from Amazon.
Question:	how do I adjust the length
Answer:	I have an iPhone XR which Google says is about the same size as the 10 plus. I have a case and there is still plenty of room, so it should fit.
Question:	Is the case that holds the phone a hard case or soft case
Answer:	Sry I don't know if it'll fit THAT Samsung note...BUT i do know that it fits Samsung Note 10 plus WITH Otterbox defender case. Hopefully that helps.
Question:	how long is the strap
Answer:	I am currently in Egypt using the Running Belt Pack for my Apple XR and it has worked well. The opening of the Running Belt is approx 6.75 inches. The Apple XS max is 6.2 inches without the case. My case adds approximately .75 inches to the length of the XR. Therefore, I believe the Running Belt Waist Pack should fit the Apple XS max with case easily.
