Answer:	Hello Debbie. Sorry for your pain. These are mild compression. I have had 15mg and 25 mg compression socks and I would guess these are about a 5. I wear them exclusively. They do help me. I gave up on the higher compression socks due to excessive discomfort and my feet started to get better. They do not bunch up in my shoe no matter my activity. I would say go ahead and try a pair. But you may need to talk to your podiatrist and determine a higher compression graduated sock / stocking would be a better bet for now. Good luck!
