Answer:	The 1450 is the amount of proprietary blend (vitamin c,etc.) There are actually 605 mg of Resveratrol per TWO pills, so 302.5 per pill. Can't beat the price and quality on these btw. I've searched high and low. Hope that helps answer your question!

Question:	So how much trans resveratrol? Because trans resveratrol is bioavailabke and the only ingredient thats actually needed
Answer:	Unfortunately, the labeling on this and many other "resveratrol" products is deceptive. The large type "1450" on the label is NOT the amount of resveratrol in each capsule. A careful reading of the label indicates that each capsule contains 151 mg of resveratrol. This is 50% of 302 mg per capsule, times 2 capsule = 605 mg in a daily dose of 2 capsules. The rest of the 1450 mg daily dose of 2 capsules consists of various plant extracts with no known beneficial value. So, when you're doing comparison shopping, keep this 151 mg per capsule in mind. That is all you're getting for your money. And as other Answers here imply, the actual potency of the 151 mg of "resveratrol complex" is itself questionable.

Question:	Is this product hexane-free
Answer:	No it’s not actually grapefruit seeds it’s an extract from grapefruit seeds It has health benefits

Answer:	These are filled with powder. I suppose you could mix powder with a liquid. However, if you wanted to do that, you might consider the GSE liquid concentrate. I also use that & it squeezes out by drops.
Question:	Is this oil grade for cooking, skincare, or both; is there a difference in oil compounds for the different purpose of usage
Answer:	It will still work the same...but the question is: can you tolerate the taste? Open up a piece and taste it, see if it's some kind of taste you can muster. This herb is very effective for the things it's good for. I've been using this (when needs arise) for 17 years now. If the capsule size is too big for you, buy small empty capsules and re-encapsulate them by hand. It's not so hard when you're not doing them by the hundreds. Try some size 3 or 4 capsules (the higher the number the smaller the capsules; they're available here on Amazon. I paid about $9 for 300 pieces of #4 capsules). If memory serves me right, I think the Grapefruit Seed Extract comes in #1 capsules.
