Adult visitors have a lot of trouble when they come over and need to open a cabinet because it won't budge without the magnet. We chose these because we can just disengage them when our son grows up, but if somebody with little kids comes over or if one of our pets starts to get into cabinets then we can just click them to reactivate. We love them.

Question:	Heart rate monitor is inaccurate with exercise. It shows at like 70 when it’s at 160+. How do I fix this
Answer:	I also am having issues with the heart rate monitor and the app. The only reason I purchased this was for heart rate monitoring. I expected better results than using Samsung Health by placing my finger near my camera and taking it when I remembered or had the chance. I thought surely this would help out. My resting heart rate has been around 100 and my Dr. Suggested getting something like this to monitor and bring in results at my next appt. I can't ever get a result from it. It will finally show what I assume to be my heart rate, right around 100, then the screen goes black. Nothing is ever recorded in my app and I've tried using my app to take it. Both settings, manually and automatically. My heart rate on the app shows 62 the only 2 times its recorded anything. My phone constantly freezes up since installing the app. It's a note 8. I shouldn't have anything freezing up and I've had this phone for months and never had this happen with any other app. As of now, I'm only using it to set reminders to take my heart rate using Samsung Health. So close to sending it back but I am hoping someone else might have a solution. In all reality I could use my phone for the reminders, too... don't know if I'll get any answers to this, but hopefully someone can see this before they buy and/or before I leave a review.

Answer:	Hi! My name is Sara and I am with Beyond Med Shop. Usually, it takes about 10 seconds after turning on the oximeter to get a reading. Please note though that when your blood perfusion level is low or when your hands are cold, the device may need more time to optimize and register an accurate reading. In this instance, we suggest that you warm your hands and fingers before taking the measurements. You can do this simply by rubbing your hands together. Remember your pulse oximeter is measuring your SpO2 and PR based on your blood flow. If the blood flow in your finger drops below a certain level, the pulse oximeter will not be able to function. Answer:	Yes I have and the heart rate is very close. I have several of these and COPD and this ones heart rate at least the one that I have is very good. On the cell phone app which is called Oximeter the oxygen sensor is way off like 5 points high which is critical and I was told that the cell phone oximeter was more designed for sports than for actual health problems! as an example a five point spread could cause major organ damage do to low oxygen!

Answer:	Yes, it shows all information on the screen of the scale. It is really nice to have it stored on a device to look back.

Answer:	Standard AA batteries. Definitely didn't need to worry about changing them for over a year with the predecessor Withings device and this is essentially the same thing with a Nokia badge. Presumably you could use rechargeables.

Answer:	Does not integrate with Fitbit. A full body composition not resulted after 1st use; only an unpredictable subset, always weight. Difficult toggle between family memb.Spoke w/both Withings&Fitbit and appears to be unresolved issues between them. Withings said go ahead and return. Sad because sleek and nice when worked but spent better part of day trying to work out integration. The Fitbit Aria 2 scale is no longer available and upgrade not released. Fitbit is not set up for full body composition—only et and % body fat. Can enter these manually. Apparently Fitbit data supposed to integrate into Healthmate, the Withing app , but was not very satisfying either. Hope this save another consumer from spending chunk of a day. I misunderstood from Amazon description about syncing. There are still SEAMS IN OUR WORLD!

Answer:	I mentioned it in the conversation about this question, but the link through MyFitnessPal will only send weight data to Garmin (if it works...). There's a paid service that will sync everything (body fat, bone mass, muscle mass, water %) called smartscalesync.com, I haven't seen any other solutions yet though.

Answer:	On the clasp there is a way to tip it up. Messure the length do want and cut it. Then feed it back into the clasp.

Question:	My teal one is just a tad discolored/stained around the edges from jacket sleeves. Any ideas for cleaning this band? Rubbing alcohol didn't do much
Answer:	I am not sure where it is made but it seems to be made well. It is for a child but small adult hands fit well and the device is able to read the pulse easily. My mother is 72 and had surgery on one finger that has only one working blood vessel and it was still able to read her pulse with that finger. It is sturdy and doesn’t appear that it would break easily.

Answer:	The MAIN reason I bought this RUNMIFIT was to monitor my blood pressure , heart and oxygen.. The Blood Pressure reading is WAY OFF ! (113/70) for RUNMIFIT and 133/90 for home blood pressure machine measured within 1 minute of each other ...SO I plan to use it JUST for counting steps, biking, reminders etc (hoping they are anywhere near accurate)

Answer:	I agree the print is very small. Had to use a magnifying glass. First download VeryFit Pro from the application to your phone. Put the tracker on as you would a watch. You then must Bind the device to the app. Just follow the instructions. Once binding is completed, go through VeriFit Pro and enter your info and you're set to go. To charge the tracker, pull the band off on the end where you see the little icon on the display. It plugs directly into a USB adapter. That's pretty much it. Good Luck. Oh, and I'm loving mine. :)
