Answer:	My small rack has a steel bar across the top so I utilized the nylon strap that came with the kit. Works perfectly fine.

Question:	How do you setup this up for curls
Answer:	Unhook then pulley and slide it down. You’ll attach the weights to the loading pin (the thing that holds the weights). You will attach the cable to the cable straps. If you look up Mikolo Fitness LAT and Lift Pulley System and look under images, you will see some pictures of how it will look. Hope this helps.
