Answer:	These are cut small, they have a little stretch but not much.

Answer:	Go with your regular size. They are true to size and have a little extra length to tuck in. I'm 5'6 and about 175lbs. I would normally get the XL with pretty much all other brands so bought these in XL but a Large would fit me just fine. I've purchased 4 sets of them 2 sets of white 2 sets of black. I've purchased the Different Touch G-Unit 4 pack (variety) but they all shrank and I also purchased 2(X)ist In grey. Pretty much the same as evolve but more expensive. You get quality and value with these.
