Answer:	Hello! Thank you for your question. The screw is a M2 x 0.2 flathead (phillips).
Question:	how heavy is the actual mirror? can it be held with one hand
Answer:	It is about 2.5 pounds. You can hold it with one hand, but I would imagine it would be very awkward to try and put on makeup while holding it, if that is why you are asking. Perfect on a table or desk and I love the very, very bright light.

Answer:	The batteries are inserted in the bottom of the base.

Answer:	The batteries are located on the back of the wall mount. Since I have never installed batteries and only use the power adapter, I cannot give a review of the use of or changing batteries. Thanks.

Answer:	The mirror can be mounted on either the right or left side. It has 180 degree movement. If you use a good quality batteries for the light, it will last for a long time.Highly recommended, and good quality.

Answer:	Satin nickel was the only one. Usually, if there are other options, they will show them. I wanted the satin nickel so it wasn't a problem for me.
Question:	I have an older Zadro wall mount mirror. Cannot figure out how to get into replace light. there are no screws on the arms that hold the mirror
Answer:	I have the same problem! The bulb is no longer working 2 years after purchasing and only using it at night for a few minutes! Not very impressed since I paid over $120 from Bed Bath and Beyond for this! Manufacturer should put a warning about how it cannot be replaced because that seems fraudulent to sell at that price point and not warn consumers. I would've bought a brand that CAN have a replacement bulb like most basic electronic devices do allow for.

Answer:	There are 3 light settings. Because I like a bright light, I always leave it on the "daytime" setting. I've found the level of brightness to be fine for applying makeup.

Question:	I need to replace the light bulb. Where can I get one
Answer:	Since this is an LED lighted mirror there is no light bulb inside to replace, so when it is not lighting there may be an internal wiring problem that is causing the short. Please try plugging your adapter into a different electrical outlet and hold your hand on the dimmable touch sensor located on the base for 30 seconds. If there are no changes in the lighting, please contact the Customer Support department from the manufacturer website.
Question:	The 10x mirror side is dramatically curved inwards meaning the image reflwcted is heavily distorted. Is that a design flaw or did mine arrive damaged
Answer:	Mine has the same condition, you have to move closer until you find a spot were your reflection is not distorted. I do not think is a defect, I think is the quality of the mirror.

Answer:	There is a very limited 90 day warranty on this mirror, but this mirror by far is the best makeup mirror I have ever owned. I have had Clairol, Conair and Sharper Image makeup mirrors and this one is so much clearer and the light is wonderful. It is especially good for my "over 40" eyesight. Zadro mirrors are the mercedes benz of makeup mirrors. I highly recommend it. Hope this helps!

Question:	How long is the cord and is it coiled
Answer:	I'm not sure about the #8. I have the #12 and I suspect I could grind a Volkswagen with it. I wouldn't be surprised if the #8 could grind COOKED chicken bones, but if you're concerned about it, get the #12. I push semi-frozen venison through this thing and I have yet to even slow it down. You won't make a mistake going bigger but you might by going smaller.

Answer:	I do remove the skin when grinding chicken. It does have a tendency to get wound around the mechanism so you have to clean it frequently.
Question:	Is this an LED or incandescent light
Answer:	Lem approves the use of their #12 Big Bite grinder for chicken bones, and it will not void the warranty. Obviously the 22 and 32 can also do chicken bones. I own a 12 Big Bite and grind chicken bones, and rabbit bones with it. It will also do turkey bones but you must first cleaver chop into smaller pieces. I make my own dog and cat food with my #12 Big Bite.

Question:	When using the AC adapter, will rechargeable batteries be charged
Answer:	Not sure. My gut feeling is “probably not”, simply b/c it would be a fire hazard if you were to plug it in and it tried to charge regular alkaline batteries. We’ve never used the AC adaptor. I don’t even know if ours came with one. We have just used plain old rechargeable batteries from Amazon. The batteries lasted over a year with daily use before needing to be recharged. With that kind of battery life, I don’t really mind having to pull the batteries out to recharge them once a year. We’ve had it for 2+ yrs now and still have only had to recharge the batteries once, so far.

Answer:	Slightly concave. The light is not bright. More like natural light. I like it as it works on battery.

Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. Our LED mirrors do not come in a hardwire ready version. This model can only be operated using (4) C batteries or the optional power adapter which comes with the unit. Satin Nickel would be the available finish.
Question:	there seems to be conflicting info on this mirror...i am looking for one that plugs in and not battery operated. Which is this one
Answer:	I have owned this mirror since 2012. Although it suddenly stopped working a couple days ago, It has been really great for me. This mirror does take 4 - C Batteries but I have always used it with the power adaptor that was included with my purchase. I will say this; it would NOT be convenient to replace the batteries because you would have to unscrew the 3 screws from the base in order to change them everytime. For me that isn't convenient. Other than that, this has been a great mirror.

Answer:	The suction cup needs a hard, smooth surface. Maybe if the bathroom wall was tile, it would stick. Probably will not stick to a painted surface. Yes, it swivels perpendicular to the base.

Answer:	The actual mirror is across 61/2 by 6/12 great mirror the best I have ever bought the magnification is GREAT
Question:	Is this easy for travel
Answer:	The suction stem bends easily to conform to any luggage orientation you might need. I find it easy to pack and carry. One tip you may find helpful: take one of the batteries out and pack in a separate place. If the light button is accidentally compressed inside your bag during trave and all three batteries are still in place, the light will come on and by the time it's discovered at your destination, the batteries will be very low, if not dead. I pack an extra set of AAA's to be sure. :-)

Answer:	The light could come on in luggage. The light isn't very good. I have left mine on all day at least twice and the batteries still work however it is not as bright.
