Question:	IS THIS A OSCILLATING PLATE
Answer:	I looked up the difference and would have said it's an oscillating plate. But I looked at a clip on YouTube and it does call it a vibrating plate. I love it! My daughter and I have had great success with it. I am doing a weight loss program with it and have lost 60 lbs. I got this because I have issues with my feet and ankles and couldn't walk around a lot. I am so much more active now! I'd be happy to send you information if you drop me a line at [email protected].

Answer:	I believe you can move the machine by yourself since it is only about 70 pounds. I am handicapped, use of right side only and pretty weak and imbalanced and I'm able to pull and push the machine around ;)

Answer:	No one has answered the original poster's question here, which was, what is the G force (gravitational pull capacity) and vibrational rate of the platform. Specs do not mention the G force, but an independent study of machines in this price range asserts the g force of any vibrational platform exerciser in the $300 price range is likely less than 5 G's. The Frequency range mentioned under the electrical specs refers to the electrical motor cycles per second, or to be precise the voltage frequency range it can operate safely under, and has absolutely nothing to do with the vibrational rate of the platform you stand on. To get a machine with a platform that vibrates at 50-60 hz per second you must spend above $10,000. I am 100% sure that is NOT this machine.The effectiveness of a vibrational platform is dictated by how far the platform thrusts you (amplitude of the platform, in this case the amplitude is apparently between 0 and 10 milimeters PLUS the frequency of the vibration--how many times the platform thrusts you per second. You get different benefits from different amplitudes and frequencies. Lower frequency but higher amplitude (a "wide stance" when standing on the platform) positively affects your circulatory system and lymphatic system drainage. The G force at this combination is relatively low, but if you have low back or spinal problems you need to be careful, because the lower vertebra get a very "rocking" workout which could be painful (and not helpful) to someone with lower back problems, arthritis in the spine, etc. Standing with the feet close together on the vibration platform can lessen that problem, but would lessen the benefit form the machine, too.For muscle toning, weight loss, cellulite reduction benefits, you definitely DO need the higher G force. The higher G force is attained with the highest vibration settings. You cannot expect the same results with this machine that you would receive from a machine that delivers 15, 20, 25 or more G's. That said, for muscularly deconditioned people who are starting out, or people recovering from injury or surgery, you should still be able to expect some mild toning benefits from the highest settings on a machine like this. Again, anyone with spinal pain should avoid the wide-stance that rocks the spine the most vigorously.You are only going to be on this machine 10-20 min. a day, most people. It will have a negligible effect on biological vibration rates, probably a slight negative one at that, since all machines give off electromagnetic frequencies which are not made to be compatible with human biology. The benefit comes from muscle toning, relaxation from the vibration (like massage), improved blood and lymphatic circulation, which will greatly outweigh your brief exposure to the electromagnetic frequency of the motors.If your goal is to shape and sculpt muscle and really knock off fat . . . you need a much more powerful machine.
Question:	Should I remove my false teeth before using this? Will this shake them loose
Answer:	I recommend just biting down hard to keep your teeth in place. This has the added benefit of strengthening your jaw muscles. A word of caution to all you men. Since purchasing the vibrator plate my girl friend insists on coming over at least 3 times a week! She says the machine only needs 3 power settings. Answer:	The people who answered this before my comment here say the platform is a foot wide and deep. If these people have received the platform and measured it, then this means the platform is 1/2 the size delineated in the specifications here. Which is correct? These are measurements here. Question:	how do you balance to stay on once you turn it on with NO handle bars
Answer:	you make sure your feet are planted firmly when you hit the start button... and stand up straight. its really no more difficult than touching your toes and standing straight on a floor. I use the higher settings also.. and have never lost my balance when starting it. I have reflexes like a feline.. but balance like a nub tailed cat...lol so... it's not a special skill. general balancing is sufficient. you can also have a chair nearby to steady yourself with is general balance is an issue. I love my machine. I dont use the straps, but those may be helpful as well. or just use the remote while standing on it.

Answer:	265 lbs. It was falsely advertised as 330 but when it arrived, the manual said 265. I contacted the company, who contacted the manufacturer and they said 265 was correct.

Answer:	Please do not worry about it. The machines will not come with horrendous chemical smell. But if you are very sensitive, it may be a little smell for you when items are stocked in inventory or in transit for sometime in the package. The smell will vanish soon after unpack.

• 1. Squat: Stand on the vibration plate, keep the back straight ,the knees and the upper body slightly bend forward, and the leg muscles slightly flexed. Move up and down alternatively.

Question:	Where can i find warranty information? the description here ("a built-in 100% money back lifetime warranty") is very vague
Answer:	Curious where you saw that there was a 100% money-back lifetime warranty? When I read the description I read that there's a "lifetime warranty," but nothing said about getting a refund. It sounds like the company is willing to stand behind its products and is anxious to make things right if your machine has a problem. On another one of their vibration plates, in answering a customer question, the owner (Joel) stated that if anything goes wrong with the product, they will ship out a new one at no cost. I think that is outstanding customer service. That being said, I agree with you that just stating a 'lifetime warranty' does sound a bit vague. And, after all, should the company close down, there IS no 'lifetime' warranty. But the company does seem to have MUCH better customer service than other sellers on here. If I were you, I would contact them directly. But I definitely am not under the impression that 'lifetime warranty' means 'lifetime money-back guarantee,' those are two different promises. However, who knows, maybe they would refund your money. Ask! 😁👍🏻
