Answer:	As long as the dumbbell handle measures longer that 4.8" (distance between the dumbbell racks), then rack can accommodate the weight.
Question:	What is the weight capacity of this machine
Answer:	Assembly is pretty simple, as long as you get the different parts (nuts, bolts, pieces of the rack) organized first. The instructions that come with the rack tell you what the different parts are and how many of each there are. You need a couple of tools, and good lighting. Otherwise it's pretty simple. I suggest that when placing the bolts/nuts, you keep the heads of the bolts on the inside of the rack (toward where your hands, and the dumbbells, will be going) rather than the heads on the outside. This will minimize the risk of scraping your skin or damaging the dumbbells if they are rubber-coated, when you're using the rack. If you are "non-handy" it might take an hour or a little bit more to put it together, but it's not bad. It's a nice quality rack!

Answer:	Ours did not come with ties, which was the whole reason why we needed a new net bc we lost several over the winter.

Question:	How much tension is it at the highest setting? I am looking for gym level tension where the average person can barely peddle it at the max setting
Answer:	This GPS uses a variant of USB. There are several types that exist. Micro USB, USB-C, USB A, etc... The usual jack almost always has been Micro USB. Things are moving forward to USB-C. Anyways, on to the question. It uses a former popular format called "MINI USB" They use this jack on all kinds of products. My old magellan GPS used this format. Well have a nice day!
Question:	Does this bike need to be plugged in to an AC outlet for the monitor to work
Answer:	I had it happen on mine. However, I think it is just a safety precaution as Apple did not exclusively vet the software. It has done that to me on other programs that were valid. Im guessing they just are protecting themselves in case someone did try to install nefarious software. I also got this on the my Macbook when I ran it. I did not have any issues.
Question:	It says the resistance is done by magnet. Is that operated by a motor that pulls magnet closer or by hand adjustment

Once together I never really moved it much but I seem to be able to move it however 2 people would be better if you move it to other rooms. Question:	Was assembly hard? I am a single female and I will be the one to put this bike together
Answer:	I think its a decent question. My wife was unable to lift the bowflex pieces by herself and had to wait until i got home. She of course was able to assemble the pieces once i got them all upstairs. So the question is valid as even at my age there are few woman as strong. Woman are just as capable as men , more so in most categories, but brute force strength is still slightly in a mans favor and its foolish and vain to ignore that.

Answer:	6 2 here. works just fine, seat back almost all the way. knees have 3 inches of clearance to handle bars.
