Question:	Does it have a freewheel vs a flywheel? In other words, can you stop pedaling and coast or do the pedals keep spinning
Answer:	The pedals don’t keep spinning if you want to coast. I find the bike comfortable to ride. Sometimes I pedal and lift weights, sometimes just pedal. I needed to make sure my cardio was in good shape prior to having surgery last Wednesday to replace my shoulder. It worked really well for me to do that. I feel strong and have not required hardly any pain medicine

Question:	Is anybody else experiencing problems with the resistance setting? I am lacking the gradual resistance. It goes from easy to almost lock up even if I turn the nob in real slow small increments
Answer:	The manufacturer recommends removing the brake felt pads and roughing them up with a wire brush. I did this and sprayed them with silicone and replaced them. I also sprayed the felt pad under the adjustment knob with silicone which is easy to overlook. This has greatly improved the resistance setting.

Answer:	I put clip pedals on this bike taken from my road bike and they work fine.
Question:	What length inseams will this bike accommodate
Answer:	I'm 5'1" and while I can use the bike fine, I have everything set to the lowest size setting and it's still a bit of a stretch for me. I feel like if I were 2-3 inches taller it would be perfect. But I'm also realistic and I think there's probably not a bike out there that would fit me perfectly given my size since I have this problem with a lot of things in my life.
Question:	Anyone else getting an odd smell coming from the break pads while riding this bike? Kind of similar to the smell of burnt hair
Answer:	Before use, and every 6 months or so, you need to lubricate the felt brake pads with a silicone lubricant, such as the WD-40 Specialist Silicone Lubricant. For some reason, this isn't mentioned in the manual. Note that this only applies to the felt brake pads on this bike; leather brake pads on some of the other models need to be lubricated with 3-in-1 oil.

Answer:	Hello dear customer, the fit of the bike depends on your inseam rather than your height (because people of the same height can have varying leg lengths). This bike fits person whose inseam is 26in to 35in, measure the top of your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle - if it's over 35 inches, this bike may not fit for you. I would personally suggest you purchase the X5, it is very suitable for a high person. Hope my words are helpful:)
Question:	how’s the resistance levels
Answer:	Hi. It’s more like tightening the tension. The knob turns for change right or left and quick for on the fly resistance. I’d say it’s very good but you may go through pads faster if your going for really hard burns. I haven’t owned a stationary bike until this one. I have had for over a year now and used only one pad so far. I use the bike a few times a week with fair resistance depending on how I’m feeling. The bike is very reliable and only downside is the seat cushion (even with gel pad is tough) This company is very professional. I ordered my resistance pad (free within the time period) and the team is quite nice and very professional. They provided me with a video link on how to install and a follow up email to ensure my satisfaction. It was a very nice experience. Good luck.
