Question:	where do you find the software/ instructions on how to macro the buttons
Answer:	We did use these on our old XP computers. Bear in mind this is a USB mouse.
Question:	side buttons 2,6,9 do not work for the 9 button side panel. Is this a software/ macro issue? if so where do I find the resolution
Answer:	I had the same issue. When I got the mouse, the wheel was all gummed up. I couldn’t get it to function properly and ended up trashing it.
