Question:	Does the handle float
Answer:	Yes the handle floats. Great learning board too. It’s worth the money I have had our board for two years and it has been a great tool to teach anyone to knee board or wakeboard

Answer:	This does include the rope as well. The Tow handle comes with a 60 foot tow rope. You will have everything you need to immediately get started riding (minus the boat).
Question:	How does the tow rope attach? It's difficult to tell in the photo
Answer:	If you go to ZUP’s website it shows more about the rope attaching but it’s essentially just hooking in to that front hook on the board.
Question:	How does this become a wakeboard? I dont see where the foot cuffs can be turned the other eay to ride the board long ways
Answer:	It can be ridden wakeboard style. One foot on the front and the other near the tail. The EVA pad allows for good foot placement anywhere on the surface.

Question:	How do you get the 2.0 handle to stay on the tow hook? Mine comes off every time there is any slack in the rope
Answer:	I've never had any problem with the handle staying engaged on the board. In fact, we are amazed it does so well when jumping over wakes and waves and seeing so much slack in the rope. You may want to position the rider a little further back on the board to keep the nose up. Good luck, we have been very happy with the performance...
Question:	What speed does this need to get a teenager or adult going
Answer:	These are mainly for kids up to 10 years old. My 5 year old goes 14. 10 year old goes 15. Teenager probably 17. You don't need to go very fast with these. Start slow until they get up then increase speed.
Question:	Anyone know the thickness of the "thinner" portion of the board? i.e. just in front or just behind the foot straps
Answer:	Sure. It’s about 2.25”. It will fit in most standard wakesurf and kneeboard racks. It will not fit in wakeboard racks typically.
Question:	I have a zup board 1.0 and the double hook handle came with it. if i upgrade to the 2.0 board can i use the same handle

Question:	Would this balance board work for a 5 year old
Answer:	If your 5 year old is Tony Hawk or you set it up close to something to hold on to then yes. My 4 year old occasionally uses it but knows to hold on to the couch. I don't think it's a great purchase for a kid unless you provide a lot of supervision.

Answer:	This will work well on any surface, as long as it's not sloped. The slicker the surface, the faster the board will go so we recommend starting off on carpet and working your way up to different surfaces!
