Answer: Exact dimensions I don't know , a little bit bigger then a basketball though

Answer: NO! You cannot slam, or even let it drop to the ground on its own or it will break open. I have 3 of these balls - the first ripped open the 1st week. The 2nd one ripped open after 6 weeks of very moderate use. These should not even be used as wall balls.
