Guy came out and although agreed it dipped - did not reach teh 3inch depth that would allow an exchange. So the dip is enough to create back pain. I am now, after 3 years looking for a new mattress - sickening. I also cannot find details on the amount of coils or coil type in any of the sites for this mattress - so scared I would purchase something else with the same problem. Seems mattresses put their emphasis on couples sleeping in them - with more support on the outsides rather than in the center for single sleepers.
