If tea tree oil irritates your skin, mix it 50/50 with coconut oil. Rub it in thoroughly and let it air dry. If you have a fungal infection in more sensitive places, never use pure tea tree oil.3) keep your feet dry, and do not spread the fungus. Wear flip-flops or plain cotton footies at home, and disinfect them regularly. Do not walk barefoot at home. If you share the shower, wear flip-flops in the shower and bathroom.4) get rid of the fungus in your socks and shoes, or you will simply reinfect yourself every day. Wash all of your socks in hot water and pour a half cup of white vinegar into the rinse. Answer:	The product images already show the length of both the cable and the handles so you can get an idea of what the total length is from that. The shortest length can be as short as you want because the handles are hollow and have no endcap on them. There is no limit to how much cable you can slide into the handle. You would just have to clip the excess with some wire cutters, otherwise it would be hanging off the outside of the handle.

Answer:	Although accidentally hit my body will be hurt a little bit . But it will encourage myself to work harder. Practice make perfect.

Answer:	I don't know but it is long enough for my 6'2" workout partner to use with ease. Seriously, it is very long and then you adjust it down to your height. So even my partner had to shorten it.
Question:	Can you use this on concrete or pavement? Or will it not be able to hold up
Answer:	It's a pretty sturdy rope. There is actual wire under the pvc coating. It should hold up for a while but after continual use on pavement will scratch the coating. Preferably should use it on hardwood floor or rubber matting.
