Question:	Do they work well for weight lifting in outside cold weather
Answer:	I typically don’t lift weights outdoors but I do use them for biking in cold weather. They keep my hands warm especially because the entire top of the hand is covered -unlike my old bike gloves

Answer:	Yes, they can be used with resistance bands. On some occasions I use resistance bands with these gloves, especially if I'm lifting heavy weight.

Answer:	There's a care tag inside one glove that says machine washable in cold water but no bleach and don't machine dry. The tag also says the glove is made of 40% polyurethane, 20% polyamide, 15% leather, 10% sponge, 10% polyester and 5% cotton.

Answer:	These would not be considered gloves in the north. They are thinner than even the cheap brown/black jersey gloves. But the material is a little thicker than silk or synthetic glove liners. It may be about the same thickness as two layers of a T-shirt. It is thinner in the palm than on the back of the hand.

Answer:	The gloves I received were more of a spandex acrylic blend. Better than nothing in cold weather, but definitely not as warm as wool. When I ordered these, the description said they had a wool lining. Mine did NOT have a wool lining. I contacted the seller and was given a discount for the error in description. The good thing about these is the grips in the palm area that make it easier to grip a steering wheel. The bad thing...not as warm as I had expected.

Answer:	I carry mail and walk 10+ miles a day with these in 28-32 degree weather comfortably. If you are active they are awesome. Also good for driving.

Question:	Are these easily washable, and if so, ok if after
Answer:	I only had them a couple weeks. Theyre comfy yet sturdy and So far they're holding up to daily use pretty good, i like em. The web page has washing instructions. Ill copy paste it case you missed it. If you saw it ... I just haven't had them long enough to try washing them yet. Theyre holding up well that i dont foresee any issue. Tips of Cleaning  (1)Preferred washed by hand. You only need to soak the gloves with soap, then rub and wash, dry it in the shade. (2)If washed by machine, it is better to put the gloves into the laundry bag to reduce the likelihood of deformation. (3)Never use hot water, bleach, and other strong acid wash, and do not bask in the sun, because the material organization will be destroyed easily, which will cause pilling, fabric loose and gloves deformation and so on.

Answer:	No. These are glove liners (intended to be worn under thick snow gloves). They would be fine alone if you are doing a short activity like running or taking a short walk (to and from work). They are not meant for extended exposure. If you need them for work gloves, i would recommend Mechanix Cold Weather gloves. These are great thick liners though!

Question:	How well do they grip
Answer:	Saying they are water resistant is a stretch and they are most definitely not waterproof. The touch screen fingertips have zero water resistantance. Placing the glove in water for even a couple seconds and the water soaks through the rest of the glove.
Question:	I wear a women's medium. What size should I order since these are for men and women
Answer:	Yes they are, but they are not for 20, 25 degree weather. I found that our here in New York, while the temp was in the upper 30's & 40's the Gloves were great, but when that New York Winter started to remind all of us it gets cold in the city the Gloves failed in the teens & The 20's. I hope your hiking in the warmer weather states.
Question:	Are they good for pistol shooting
Answer:	I used these gloves during Chicago's last winter and they did not work at all (as far as keeping my hands warm). My hands went numb and began to hurt within 5-10 mins. They only work for temperatures around 40°F
