Question:	I use a wheelchair everyday, would these help cushion my thumb and palms? I dont have much control of my hands so i slso need grip
Answer:	I don't use a wheelchair, so I may not have the best answer available. However, my experience with these gloves is that they provide a lot of grip. I don't think they would provide much cushion for your use and the thumb is the first part to wear out, with my use.
Question:	how do you measure glove size needed
Answer:	Use a ruler and measure the number of inches straight across the inside hand knuckles from little finger to your pointer finger. It says what each size covers and that you should go to the smaller size if your size is between two sizes. I have used mine for over 4 months and they do stretch out a little, but not much. My only problem is if I am wearing a large ring, it is harder to get the gloves on and off. You need to pull each finger a little at a time to work the glove off the hand. But all said and done, these are fabulous gloves and my hands are protected and don't slip and the wrist bands keep my wrists in the correct alignment when I life a bar especially. I measured just like the Amazon listing said to and I got the perfect size for me.

Answer:	Out of curiosity, I wrapped one around my candy thermometer and it reached 122 degrees when it was at it's hottest. The temperature drops periodically while they're active, but you just have to shake them or expose them to air and they heat up again. Question:	Are these easily washable, and if so, ok if after
Answer:	I only had them a couple weeks. Theyre comfy yet sturdy and So far they're holding up to daily use pretty good, i like em. The web page has washing instructions. Ill copy paste it case you missed it. If you saw it ... I just haven't had them long enough to try washing them yet. Theyre holding up well that i dont foresee any issue. Tips of Cleaning  (1)Preferred washed by hand. You only need to soak the gloves with soap, then rub and wash, dry it in the shade. (2)If washed by machine, it is better to put the gloves into the laundry bag to reduce the likelihood of deformation. (3)Never use hot water, bleach, and other strong acid wash, and do not bask in the sun, because the material organization will be destroyed easily, which will cause pilling, fabric loose and gloves deformation and so on.

Answer:	Hand wash with a little dish detergent like Ivory or Dawn. Pat them dry with a towel or paper towels and let them dry. I found this is the best way if you want them to last.

Question:	Do they work well for weight lifting in outside cold weather
Answer:	I typically don’t lift weights outdoors but I do use them for biking in cold weather. They keep my hands warm especially because the entire top of the hand is covered -unlike my old bike gloves

Answer:	Yes, they can be used with resistance bands. On some occasions I use resistance bands with these gloves, especially if I'm lifting heavy weight.

Answer:	There's a care tag inside one glove that says machine washable in cold water but no bleach and don't machine dry. The tag also says the glove is made of 40% polyurethane, 20% polyamide, 15% leather, 10% sponge, 10% polyester and 5% cotton.

Question:	Is it normal for these gloves to rip in less than a year
Answer:	Here to reorder a new pair and Amazon is showing me my first was four years back - less four months. Original pair has gone through hundreds of very heavy weightlifting and is still going strong, but the wrist wrap is now 'wrinkly' that i feel I no longer get firm support around the wrist especially when bench-pressing. Pull tab and loop for removing gloves never gave either. Sturdy, and durable product. Highly recommended.

Answer:	Yes, it has 15% leather in the palm part with some rubber grip. The rest is poly and cotton. I chose a medium but it fits a little loose but I do like the feel of these gloves.

Answer:	Yes. These gloves provide good palm protection and cushioning. They are perfect for push-ups, lifting, HIIT, planking exercise, cycling and etc. They’re well made. You only need to soak the gloves with soap, then rub and wash, dry it in the shade. 2. If washed by machine, it is better to put the gloves into the laundry bag to reduce the likelihood of deformation. 3. Never use hot water, bleach and other strong acid wash, and do not bask in the sun, because the material organization will be destroyed easily, which will cause pilling, fabric loose and gloves deformation and so on. Question:	My hands sweat a lot and in turn the gloves start to smell. Has anyone successfully rinsed the gloves out
Answer:	I have washed these gloves in the washing machine (try not to put in the dryer) and they are fine. My hands sweat a lot too. Can be a little difficult to get off when your hands are sweating but they do come off.
