Answer: | I just finished the first week and not much jumping at all. For the very few parts that do include a jump type movement there is a person doing the modified version. I did insanity and it killed my knees, this wasn't hard on them at all. It is actually very low impact. A little too low for me. I think I need something between this and insanity. Thus wasn't enough to feel like a good workout for me, but insanity was too much. |

Monday's Timed Super set, Wednesday's Ladders, Friday's Circuit Training. Repeat this until you can keep up with good form then move up to the next level. Answer: | Not As focused on building muscle as Body Beast. I like the RIPT programs, but the workouts aren’t as long or as intense, from a weightlifting perspective. I think RIPT does give better core work and there feels like more overall conditioning. For example, on program called Hard Core Chest alternates chest and core exercises. So body building goes to Body Beast, more core and total body fitness goes to the RIPT programs, based on my experience. |

Answer: | I think it depends on your goals. RIPT90 was more cardio-core focused. FIT has a greater strength training emphasis, though you will burn calories and work your core. I'm just now learning the choreography of Dance Party. They are all very challenging at first but just a lot of fun. There are 3 extra workouts: Rock it out is 45 minutes; Hard Core Abs is 10 minutes - what a workout that is! Booty time is approximately 30 minutes and this is the workout I've not seen yet. All really do get your body working and heart rate elevated for a very good aerobic workout as well as geared to strengthening the core. I chose to also purchase a week later Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs so I could learn the secret to his Tilt, Tuck and Tighten technique. Audio is not so good on the first CD but the second CD is much better and focuses on the abs. I'm liking this for the abs and obliques - strengthening the core. The third CD focuses on the buns and thighs - not tried that one out yet. At 66 I never dreamed I'd have so much fun working out alone in my living room. Loving it and hope I can build, strengthen and continue this activity for quite some time to come.Hope I've answered your question but then I think I've given you extra. If you make this purchase I hope you enjoy it as much as I have. The best workout! Answer: | Yes, it really works! As a 52 year old woman, I started this workout 3 months ago, and have really toned up and lost weight. (but I am also watching what I eat!) This is not an easy workout if you are a beginner, but if you modify, go slowly and build up to the full intensity, it really does work! Shaun makes it fun to do every day! It is not hard to learn the routines, doesn't go too fast (unlike the hip-hop ab video) and there is enough variety between the "rock it out" and "shaun's dance party" to work all parts of your body. I was skeptical about it at first, bought it on a whim, and now I am so glad I did. |

Answer: | I guess the best time to eat them is when your hungry, they are a large bar 31 grams of protein, 400 calories, lots of vitamins, 140 mg of potassium, 380 mg of sodium. I don't use them to supplement a meal on a regular basis. I carry one on a day hike or several on a backpacking trip. I often eat one as a lunch while on a day hike instead of carrying a sandwich etc. I use the crispy apple pie and find them to be very good. I often carry several with me on a backpacking or canoe trip just in case the trip takes longer than I expected. The bars are not heavy and easy to carry. |

Question: | Is this a good program to use if you arr over 60 and have knee Problems |
Answer: | I live in a studio loft and I don't have enough room. There are a few sequences where you will need to do a run pace back and forth and in a couple sequences you have to do back and forth ground and standing position work and you need more than 3 ft of space. |
Question: | Do the strength training dvds that are not "cardio" include cardio segments? or are they strictly strength training |
Answer: | yes it does require jumping. However, I modify by using my mini trampoline for jumping jacks and running in place. I also modify the burpees by eliminating the jumping. |
Question: | Did this work for anyone? How much weight did you lose |
Answer: | Hi Katie, One on One are circuit workouts, alternating between toning and cardio workouts. We do 6 different exercises (3 cardio, 3 toning) starting with a 20 rep count and working our way down from there. It is a fast-paced workout with 5 different workouts in the set, focusing on different body parts. The workout comes with a 30 day calendar stating which workout to do which day.
