Answer:	Yes. My carpet hasn’t vibrated at all with this mat under the treadmill.

Answer:	I recently really upped my incline for the whole run and haven't noticed any issues with the mat bunching. Maybe a small amount but nothing major and no ripping at all. It would take a lot to rip this mat. I researched mats thoroughly and this seemed the best quality and best deal. It's thick but not too thick and just right size for my treadmill. I've heard the really thick ones create too much bounce on the treadmill.

Answer:	I use mine on a berber low pile type carpet and it works fine. Actually I bought the mat specificly to be used on top of carpet for better stability and eliminating "dents" in the carpet.

Answer:	Product does not slip for me. I have it on hardwood floors but have yet to try it as an exercise mat. Right now I have only used it for out treadmill.

Answer:	We use the mat under a recumbent exercise bike. We have placed my mat in a room with laminate wood flooring. The mat has one surface which is smoother and less textured than the other side. Answer:	We have this on a carpet in the basement. It seems to work. My son did warn us that one has to be careful if moving one's machine. He said the mat s not as thick as the Peloton mat and that it could tear. We have no complaints. Good luck.

Answer:	The mat is completely a texture rubber on both sides ~ great for no slipping!

Answer:	It's fine. I stopped using it after it wasn't durable enough to withstand the dumbbells I was using. Otherwise it's great for yoga and stuff like that. No discoloration on the floors.

Answer:	You can use this on treadmill if you wish. But unless you got a nice hot surface underneath it. That is a nice solid non-slippery surface underneath this product it won't stay underneath you. If you do a lot of balancing or moving it also will not stay underneath you. These tiny bricks don't work as advertised. I wouldn't waste my money buying them again.

Answer:	Yes. If you use a straight edge you can certainly cut to size. While it’s a nice thickness, it’s definitely soft enough to cut cleanly with sharp razor.

Answer:	We used these pads on our pelaron on composite wood floor with good results. These are individual pads (I think they came 6 ea in a package). Really good commercial grade!

Answer:	No trouble with it tearing and it has been holding up very well under the elliptical
Question:	Will a treadmill fit on it? It doesn't say anything about being used for treadmills
Answer:	I use this mat under my elliptical and an exercise bike and both fit quite well. It can be used for the treadmill but I'd take some measurements just to be sure. My elliptical is a beast and it fits but it doesn't hurt to double check.
Question:	Would this absorb sound and vibration
Answer:	I wouldn't count on this absorbing sound or vibration.
Question:	Is this non-bleeding? Any staining left behind on carpet or hardwood floor
Answer:	I have had no problems with my carpeting which is where I have the pad with elliptical on it. Easy to clean.
