Answer:	We have a rubber floor, but I wouldn’t thing they would slide. They are the dense foam and they are soft. However, if you have laminate or a super high gloss finish like a basketball court they may slide.

Answer:	It does not move. It’s heavy. However I have it on top of carpet and it is little plush because of that. I suspect it be better on a hard floor.
