Question:	Can you actually see/feel results with this product
Answer:	Yes, but it is not going to be the same as going to a gym using heavy dumbbells, barbells, and machines, but it is a great replacement when you have no way to access a gym (like during the Covid-19 shutdown.) It will take a while to get creative with how to use the bands, and if you are pretty strong you will have to use multiple bands, but it is still a great option. I like to focus on both the concentric and eccentric movements, as well as holding the pull to tighten the muscle. If done right, you will get a good workout with results.
Question:	How do you use the door attachment
Answer:	Put the resistance band through the loop on the door attachment. Put the hard plastic part of the door attachment over the top of the door, shut the door. Slowly pull the band to bring the door anchor up tight against the door. Lock the door so someone doesn't open the door while you have the band stretched which will cause the door anchor to fly at you leaving a bruise. Had it happen to me.

Answer:	how strong is the woman. I started out small, but rapidly increased since I have been pulling weights for a few years. Someone new would start out at the lowest weight and then add bands gradually as they felt the need

Answer:	Depends on amount of weight you're pulling up. The bands, combined, only offer 80lbs of resistance. So, I guess if you weigh 160 or less, and usually do pull ups with both hands on the bar, then the resistance bands might be an alternative.

Answer:	It has not damaged my door in any way. It is an elastic band so if you stretch it and let go it will snap and hit the door but the anchor does no damage. It wedges in the gap so make sure there is a little room for the door to close with it installed.

Answer:	I just looked it up on their website and unlike theraband, blue is the strongest band. Yellow (5-10 lbs), Red (15-20 lbs), Green (20-25 lbs), Black (25-30 lbs), and Blue (30-45 lbs).

Answer:	Double loop the band and hook both ends onto one handle and slip one foot through the loop created of the elastic band. Now step on the floor and the band is now approximately half its original length and double the resistance (cause you have 2 ends and a shorter amount to work with).

Question:	Could you use these for leg resistance
Answer:	Yes, that's why I bought myself one of these. I anchor one handle to the door and put my foot into the other handle and do leg extensions while sitting down. It may not be exactly what it was designed for, but it works.

Answer:	I cannot. I suppose if you cut the band with heavy-duty scissors, you might be able to force the little ball back into a new position. I wouldn't have the strength.

Answer:	These are way too short. I'm 5 feet 10 inches and I can't pull them past my mid section. Not from lack of strength, they're just a lot shorter than the bands I had before. Same resistance, just shorter.
