Certainly you can’t compare this to a real shampoo bowl but for $50 I’m extremely satisfied with it. I got it so I can color my mother’s hair at her house and I didn’t have great expectations but as long as your sprayer can reach the bowl it works well. I recommend getting a 5 gallon bucket to drain into. I used a shorter bucket once and it came out as I was rinsing and made a mess. You can’t drain directly into the sink because of gravity but if you use a tall bucket it works great. It also has a stopper so I usually let the water fill in the sink and drain it as I go so I can control the water draining, although this is difficult to do on long hair, especially if you’re rinsing color.You will need to empty it at least once... I usually do it two or three times so it doesn’t get too heavy. I’ve had to tweak my routine to get it just right but now I love it. It’s so convenient if you do hair at home, especially color, and when you’re done stick it in a closet! |

Make sure you set it at a height where it candrain automatically or else you will have to do so after it fills up and it can be a bother. |

Where Should I Wrap, And How Tight Should I Wrap?
Wrap should be applied at the top of the arm or leg only. Wrap high on the leg or arm. You can wrap your arms for arms, shoulder or chest workouts or your legs for legs, glutes and calves workouts. Aim for 6-7 tightness on a scale of 10. 40% and 80% occlusion have shown the same level of muscle and strength gains! Better be a little loose than too tight.

Answer: | You will want to monitor perceived tightness (if using a scale of 1-10, with 10 being tightest, the bands should feel about 5 in the beginning of the workout and reach and maintain a 7 shortly after the warm up). You will also want to monitor any numbness or pain, and loosen the bands as needed. My final recommendation is to never lift heavy weight while occlusion training and to always try to stay under 20% of your 1 rep max. |

Answer: | I have the PRO BFR Bands which I mainly use for my arms, but also use on my thighs. However my thighs are approx 24", so I think the normal PRO Bands will be a bit short for you. There are a couple of other options in the BFR range that you could use: There is the PRO BFR bands LONG Edition (these are most popular for legs); the Double Wrap Bands, which are 42" long; or the Quad Wrap Bands which are 80" long. Answer: | The goal is to restrict blood flow, not completely occlude it. Venous blood flow can be occluded up to 100% with these, but arterial blood flow only up to 80%. However, a tourniquet will completely restrict blood flow to the distal extremities (100% venous and arterial), while these bands will only slow the blood flow as previously stated. Main benefit: increase in proximal/central release of HGH and IGF-1, and distal increase in vasodilatory reactions to increase blood flow. Cheers. |

Answer: | It’s possible but these bands have a high resistance. I have the other bands (the three pack with different resistance) from Cheeky Fitness Co and I love them! They allow me to have more mobility and the resistance is still there. If you want more resistance you just stack the bands. |

The Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) bands reduce oxygen supply to the muscles in order to pre-fatigue slow twitch muscle fibers and diminish their response to workout loads, but to enable fast twitch muscle fibers to respond quickly to exercise training loads, resulting in faster lean muscle growth.
