Answer:	There are charts online that tell you what size to get based on your height. I am 5'7" and have a 25 inch ball, which seems right for exercises where I am siting on it. Answer:	To make a figure 8 you would usually use a 90 degree crossing, not this one. To turn an oval into a figure eight you need four more curves, four straights, and a 90 degree crossing. Look for the Lionel "Figure 8 Track Pack" to get the add on pieces at a discount.

Answer:	Not sure what you are trying to do. Length is the same as the 031 tubular. However direct replacement with fastrack in a tubular setup is not a good idea. I tried mixing the two and it does work but not very well. Inside on a layout it is best to use all fastrack as it works smoothly and well. On my garden layout I tried a mixture and it was a failure reverted to all tubular with larger radius curves. To interface tubular with fastrack needs a coverting section which is half length so by the time you have fitted those the cost is way high and would not fit without modifying everything else.

Question:	What is the weight limit on these balls? I would hate to sit on it and pop it, so am looking for information on the weight limit for all sizes
Answer:	For a standard curve for a 036, 8 pieces will make a complete circle. However, be aware that you can get Half Curves and Quarter Curves in the 036 diameter also, in which case, it will take more sections to complete a circle. So your 036 4-pack will give you a half circle and two 4-packs will make a complete circle. Larger diameter curves will require more sections to complete a circle.
