Answer:	We sprayed them with two coats of clear coat. Even so, the finish suffered the rains. We now bring them in when we can. Covering is a good idea, though condensate and critters could be problems.

Answer:	Did not purchase a white rocker so can't advise.

Question:	What is the weight limit
Answer:	My welder didn't come with a 2 lb. spool adapter so I fabricated one. I used a short length of 2" schedule 40 pipe over the spindle and welded a piece of 1-1/2" flat bar to the 2" pipe. To carry the 2 pound spool I welded a piece of 5/8" shaft stock to the flat bar and a short piece of 1/8" pipe to the bottom end of the flat bar to prevent the mechanism from rotating when the wire being unspooled by the drive motor. The shaft has a drilled and tapped hole for a 5/16"-24 cap screw and fender washer to retain the spool on the shaft. I also used a 5/8" rubber grommet with 9/16" flat washers of various thickness to apply moderate drag on the spool to prevent unwinding without overloading the drive mechanism. The only concern is the flat bar must be cut short enough to allow it to fit through the opening while simultaneous sliding onto the existing spindle. The existing spindle then has no other function other than to hold my fabricated adapter. This solution is working great for me. I have photos but there are no provisions to upload them in this reply.

You didn't read my post on their mig welder which was also junk, don't waste your money on these welders, buy one of the big three Lincoln, Hobart, miller, Send it back save up the money and buy a quality machine and stop buying Chinese crap, to save a few bucks, best answer your gonna get.

Answer:	You can if the hearing aids are smaller hearing aids. I wear small hearing aids, and the headphones fit comfortably over them.

This is the answer for all of us, not only seniors, with flexibility issues or other body wear and tear which requires care when exercising. I would say this would be suitable for anyone 55 or older who is reasonably active. Its aim is to keep you active and able to do everyday activities easier. I can do the entire routine and the instructor is wonderful. She explains things well and goes at just the right pace. The routine takes a bit over a half hour so it is not too long for those of us with time issues. There is a warm-up, then the core routine and ends with some standing exercises to strengthen your legs and feet (which Anne says to omit for those having trouble standing). Other than this, the rest of the routine is done sitting. I do feel like my core is working and I find that for a time after I finish, I do stand taller with better posture. I bought this DVD along with the Stronger Seniors Yoga for my mother, who is neither a senior or immobile, but healing from a major surgery to her abdomen due to a cancerous tumor. Seeing a once very active women sitting on the couch killed me. These DVD's have got her active again and has allowed her to heal at the same time. There is accommodations for all levels of ability, and you can choose a long workout or a basic one. It also seems she has more energy and is happier, which is very important to the healing process. An educator at the prominent Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, Anne Pringle Burnell is the creator of the Stronger Seniors Chair Workout Program. Anne also developed the Peyow Aqua Pilates program which premiered at the Peninsula Spa.
