Answer:	I found it very easy to remove it. Assuming the can is empty, hold it horizontally. Hold the Capp with your left hand and the center of the can with your right hand. Then twist your hand like you are breaking a stick. The can will be dented, but the Capp will come off easily. I'm going to do a video to show this.
