Question:	Can I use this shorts in an ice water
Answer:	The shorts are constructed with poly and an micro insulating material designed to help hold in body heat. Somewhat better than just the standard poly shorts. There is a slight flocking-like material inside the shorts. It acts to better hold in heat by keeping warmer air in, but not as well as say fleece does. The poly wicks away sweat moisture to help you keep dry so evaporation doesn't cool the skin surface. So this will do little to keep you warm in ice water. Even a cold water dive wet suit will only help a small amount and aren't designed for below 50F (10C). For extended time in ice water you need a dry suit. For just a few seconds in ice water I guess they' be better than nothing, but not much.
Question:	Would these help out in say 60 degree water
Answer:	Yes, absolutely. They have a close weave and have a soft fleece lining to them.
Question:	I perfer mens shorts due to the modest length, Would these stretch to the point of showing skin if u bend down? Thanks much
Answer:	If you are referring To your "backside" showing if you bend over, no I don't have that problem. I was self-concious about that myself, but I wear these as "underwear" not a stand alone item on my race days, so I do wear my running shorts over them. They prevent chaffing. I hope this helps.

Answer:	It depends on how proud you are. I've considered it for spinning but they're somewhat reveling but not unlike any compression wear.

Answer:	I believe it is 80-82% polyester, 18-20% elastane or thereabouts. These are excellent products for the price, wick moisture, dry fast, and wear reasonably well (I have garments 2+ years old that still are quite usable despite a lot of use).

Answer:	Material on this version is thicker than the "heat" version. However it is still rather thin (but strong and wears well) so that you would not overheat even in sunny PM summer running ... With their black shorts you can wear them on a run without having to wear anything over them (if that is a concern) as these are not see through.

Question:	What size do I order for 14 inch calves? Thanks
Answer:	If you are ordering SUB Calf Compression Selves for 14" calves, Medium should work. I say should because I ordered XL for my 19" calves and they slid down my leg with constant repletion of leg movement. The material used by SUB is not constrictive enough to stay in place and/or help with increasing blood flow. For that, I suggest purchasing a product with the consistency of sock material. I wear CCS from Mojo to help my poor blood flow in my legs. Just don't put them in the dryer and make sure you stretch them out when removed from the washer. The increased blood flow and energy level achieved is more evident, for me, using the Mojo style CCS than the SUB's.
Question:	Where is the size chart
Answer:	I didn't have a size chart either, the large is great for good size calf, I have bought both the large and extra large, for my husband, he likes the large better.
